The jumpscare animations for this level need some tweaking; Both Foxy slashing upwards towards your (chin?) and Bonnie throwing you the ground in like 10 frames makes it hard to understand what even happened, not to mention the static effects and darkness making it even harder to see.
From what we've seen, he's slowed down for the gameplay mechanic of pausing the animatronics in the room with you. Basically giving you breathing room as they charge you down to point the remote at them and pause them in place so you can avoid and hide after they unpause.
I hope living room will come out. The mechanics in this game are similar to the counterpart aka Story Mode. So, Foxy is on the right side, Bonnie on the left and Freddy is on the middle Whar Chica will do

Actually past footage shows when foxy runs towards you you can “pause” him
