Yes! I love that you are putting out content. Sometime soon let's do a race together and do a double breakdown?

Great Video! Really enjoyed it. I liked all the tips. Question: when you do tempo rides and or threshold rides, are you doing them in robopacer groups or doing them on ERG mode? Or something else? Also, do you focus on a specific cadence? I need to start incorporating more structured training into my cycling for sure.

Hey mate, I like to do a big mix of what's on for motivation- you'd get a lot through Chasing!
Lately they've been things like; portal events, unticked routes (multiple platforms), some workouts, IV bot 'races' + been doing a 3 hour climbing route each week with all hills at tempo+.. (Monday I did a manual route with 8 zwift koms)
I don't do anything in Erg. Usually terrain, sometimes fixed resistance (Zwift workout mode)..
In terms of cadence I tend to do these ones at 55-75.. Most training tends to come out 58-68, but when racing im usually 65-75 because it's more natural/allows higher power.
