yes, I agree with Petra Non it was meant for joke. He likes to joke around with Park Eun Ji. They were close. So that comment was only directed to Eun Ji. That's why Eun Ji replied his joke " Are you here to bother me?" But people assume that Sung Gyu directed that comment for all women reaches the age 30 because of what Sang Min said before.
If you pay attention to how Sung Gyu behave, you should know that he's only acted that way (teasing each other) to the one he is close with.
