The problem with Hans is most other agents can hit much harder from farther away.
At the end of the day it's still an fps, so he needs a competitive firearm.
Buuuut that's why u play as a spy not like it's a cod match, common sense ain't so common anymore 🧐

@@grimmy7937 I agree but Hans is setup to be an In your face damage dealer. He's just not very good at it.
@@TheRealLarcin he is if you play him right tho. I swear hans players never use their ability to slow people to start the fight or using the umbrella shield to close the gap on players in certain situations. Everyone just drops it on the floor and expects people to play into your range or leave you alone.
I can't wait till the 21st when my ps5 gets dropped off . This game definitely has a lot of potential as you've stated tru3

You can charge up melee attacks for extra damage by holding down the button before releasing. If you can get into touching distance, that seems to be the way to go for an opening strike.
Isn't that only cavalier's passive?
@@nubbe8986 all characters can charge the melee to go from 15 damage uncharged to 35 damage charged, cavalier passive is bugged (or misleading) since it actually deals the same 35 damage as everione else (right now) but with the extra range kick
yep melee into headshot does much more dmg

Tru3 using a bug to block something unintentional is funny. Like a fire vs. fire thing.

Hans hits hard right in your face but the issue is cav and squire hit harder up close and with the W2 especially you're gonna miss pellets even at close range

the briefcase ping bugs happens because the initial carrier died and another picks it up by the way!
hans second weapon is the best of the 3, but also if you changed your melee to mouse wheel up you wouldn't be able to charge the melee to do more damage
I've had the briefcase fall through the map before
First season update is gonna be game changing not being able to mimick the breifcase is scary as that's my #1 strat as soon as someone grabs the breifcase i "plant" up. Im gonna have to start working on my gun aim or speed running the case
But also theres another good change: briefcase carrier now see spies instead of npc while scanning, thats will help to cath carrier off-guard with some mindgames

What I’ve learned playing Hans a little is he does have ability to kill from range just not as effective. The slug round has the range of ace snipe if you headshot. I don’t really know damage fall off numbers
Up close hans is scary but more effective with cover. Either the shield or surrounding cover HAS to be utilized or you risk a 50/50.
The benefit you have is your damage is burst so you can do it and remain safe.
His ability is good but only if you can land it before you start getting shot. The wind up time can cost you.

I feel like Hans should have had Squire’s Amp up ability so he can easily close in on people much easier. I’m not against a rework of Hans tbh

imo opinion as someone who is maining hans, he's only really bad because almost everyone has better weapons and he has a huge hitbox
@@omega5455 exactly, everyone else has tiny hitboxes, speacially Squire and Cavalliere, and better weapons, I main Hans too but he sucks
Hans is my favorite agent but he is the worst by far, all of his weapons sucks and his hitbox is bigger than anyone else, he should one/two shot at 5 meters at least
