Yes. Sorry. Mine is the MV7+ (it was just the MV7 when I bought it). I bought it early on, before they made remixes of it. The USB and XLR connections make this mic infinitely flexible. I do, however...strongly suggest getting an SM7V pop foam for it. The MV7 foam fits tight against the grill and ends up being useless against plosives. But the SM7B pop foam is longer and has a bit of air to cushion the plosive. And if fits great on the MV7.
Hi Andi, in your opinion, is the MV6 worth it compared to the MV7? I mean is it as good as the MV7 except it hasn't the XLR option?
I have 4 of these in a podcast studio (couple years now). The XLR/USB combo is an extremely versatile mic... And it sounds great!
think that must be a different mic as this one Andi is showing off has no XLR connection and has only been released a short while.
