I think there is no zoom, i have it and didnt find it. Not that you need it its cheap camera for 50ish €

My bad, if you double tap on picture when live feed it goes to 6X zoom😅

Does the CW400 has WDR IMAGE SETTING like the c300 or c400 for better lighting exposure and contrast?
It doesn't have WDR. I have both C400 and CW400.

No zoom. It is PT not Z so digital ZOOM only
