  • A new report has shed some light on the wealth of those who own short stay accommodation in Tasmania, such as Airbnb. The Tenants' Union of Tasmania has found the average Tassie property portfolio of short-stay owners was $2.6 million, compared to the average Australian's $1.4 million. They also looked at who owns this accommodation.
