Thank you, matey! I'm definitely going to try to keep going, but these continually rising prices are insane - £12 for a game that doesn't work 😂 Thank you once again for the positive vibes 🙂
I'm from Telford, always pop in game cave when going to oakengates, what pub was that though? And Telford cex is a pain, alot of the retro stuff is behind the counter and not often on display so you have to ask to see it which is annoying as it's often busy

The only reason I dont collect 360 is because of the state of the discs. I'm far more nostalgic for the 360 but ended up using it as an excuse to collect for PS3 which was the only PS console I didn't play a lot. Plus as PS3 games are blu-ray and, therefore, much harder to scratch, most of the discs look like new.
@donaldmackerel I wish I'd never sold my 360 games. In total, I probably had around 250 of the over the course of that gen, but sold them on to get others and then sold the last 30/40 or so when I was saving for a mortgage. Those discs were all mint 😭

Telford, man. I nearly took a job up there. Sounds like I had a lucky escape. Also, can you please do a video showing off your 360 collection soon, Don?
I've done a stupidly long (3.5 hours) "ASMR" video for people to fall asleep to, and it releases near the end of February to celebrate my love of the 360 😂 You'll notice that I've bought loads since then, though. I might need to do a quicker video in a few months.
Full set of 360 pal games is ambitious. Can't lie I really don't see the point when you know that means collecting a load of fodder your not actually interested in playing.
.....that and collecting discs that are riddled with scratches!! I think if I was to collect a full PAL set, i'd go for PS3 because BluRay discs only scratch when there is intent there!
@danielsandford1172 I wouldn't attempt a full set of anything. Would rather just have the ones I want for each console. It's hard enough to get those, let alone stretching my time and money buying stuff I don't actually want or have any need for. I there was one that I had to choose though I think Megadrive would be cool. Maybe 32X, Sega CD or Sega a Saturn. If I was a millionaire it would have to be Neo Geo.
@danielsandford1172 Yeah, the 360 discs aren't the best. Again, it's just a target I set myself, but we all do stuff that other people don't understand or agree with.
@@WrestlingGimmicks I understand the ones for little kids, as the mums and dads don't really care and the kids don't understand, but when it's a less common game with zero interest to a child, you can't help but think that the previous owner was a vile, dirty pig. It still doesn't excuse CeX, though. I'm guessing the staff that accept these are the same people that would damage them.
@donaldmackerel I feel the light scratches could well be down to CEX staff, the other week I bought a cheap PS2 game from them and the member of staff when selecting it from storage managed to ping in 6 feet away from him and then proceeded to chase the rolling disc down the store 🤣 until finally placing it into my case, neither were too damaged in the end luckily. But definately agree those deep scratches must of been owned by complete vermin of society!!!
@WrestlingGimmicks I can't wait to attempt to return these to my local branch tomorrow. I've kept the video on my phone, as I guarantee they'll tell me that CeX wouldn't sell something so bad.
