Deb, What type of maintenance does the winder require? Do we add a drop of oil i.e. I've had my winder for many years and when the bobbin gets 3/4 full the speed slows down a great deal. Thanks for the info. Melissa
Half way through the tutorial is the George threading instructions. Watch it carefully and write the instructions on an inch square piece of masking tape with a diagram. Place them over the thread guides. The thread goes through the first guide top hole only. The second guide over the tension knob is threaded under the first hole and under again two more times. Place your masking tape instructions to the left of the thread guide. The third guide to the left over the needle, is threaded only down through the far left hole and then the pig tail. If you don’t understand the video, place thread down through the pig tail and then left to right in the needle. I buy masking tape in light green color so I can see the writing easily. You can find it in the craft section at Walmart.
Best video available for bobbin winder
Awesome Now can that be used for our home standard machines?
If they use the same bobbin, yes.
@@Wisepati how do we know if an old Viking machine bobbin fits?
Compare the bobbins to see. I am doubtful though. See if an L bobbin fits you machine by asking your dealer.

my turbo winder only will fill my bobbins part way and then the motor stops... it doesn't pop out but will no longer fill the bobbin
