I have nothing against the Chinese people, just their government. As former military, I understand not having ill will towards civilian populations, unless they are contributing to specific hostile actions. Thanks for the weather updates here in Pangasinan.

@chrislivesinreality8245 what gives me the right to be critical of another form of government - the right is based on my observations of how that government treats their people and interacts with other nations in the world. Yes I am from the United States and I have the right to be critical of my national leaders too. However, I will not be arrested and thrown into jail for making negative comments about my own government. Can you say the same about China? Let me guess, you are supportive of the Chinese government and afraid to write anything critical of Xi and other officials.

Also, citizens of China RARELY have anything negative to say about their government as It is a VERY safe, clean, advanced and beautiful country. Police don't need guns, there's NO homeless slums anywhere, and the government supplies many things - like free healthcare, excellent public transportation, and crime free cities...
I know to you, as a usa bigot, being happy and content where you live is a concept you find difficult to grasp, so I'll not waste more time with you....
I usually refrained from engaging in religion & politics in my home country & strongly believe in doing so in a foreign land as well.
I once saw a twister in Boca Raton that briefly hit land & tipped over a couple cars in the late 90's.

We live along the Zambales coast and we have friends and neighbors that make their living fishing out at sea. We've always preyed for their safe return from the fickleness of mother nature but now we also have to prey that they return safely from the numerous geopolitical incidents that have been occurring regularly.

I completely agree with your take on geopolitical ramifications in this context. HOWEVER, one must account for certain countries conducting geoengineering warfare & weather pattern manipulation. That being said, there are several elephants in the room. Record rainfalls for the last several years account from the massive upper atmospheric injection of (an addition of 30% more?) moisture & particulate from the Hunga volcanic explosion that reached 36 miles high. As well, the weakening magnetosphere & solar forcing of weather is never included in modeling. But for example, Hurricane Beryl was birthed immediately following an earth directed coronal mass ejection & resultant geomagnetic storm. It ain't just warm water Sir.
Go take a real geology class. And a real meteorology class.
