Ingredients:
1kg mutton
250grm onion (4 large sized)
3-4 bay leaves
7-8 green cardamom
10-12 cloves
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1½ tsp red chilli powder
3 tbsp coriander powder
1½ tsp salt
1 cup curd
1 tbsp kewra water
200ml oil (1 cup)
For Korma Masala
dry roast all the ingredients on low heat
1 tbsp cumin
6 green cardamom
3 black cardamom (seeds)
1 mace
¼ piece of nutmeg
½ tsp peppercorns
2 inch piece of cinnamon
For Paste
7 Almonds + 7 cashews, soaked in water
