There is so much I could say about the impressive performance throughout this video. The clean lines, the impressive sound, the way they part and come back together for poop piles... Everything abt this band is first class, top notch Phenomenal!!!!!!! THE GOAT of Marching Bands, PERIODT!
I'm say it again there is no college band out there that looks better than the Juke coming down the street in block band parade formation! And the 23 thumbs down are nothing but SU haters!!!
Only the Human Jukebox could pull off the Orange juice Jones classic walking in the rain at 3:55. Well done southern, only the old heads know that tune.
Human jukebox is the right name they have a sound that is unmatched and has always been that way even when I was in in highschool back in 92 Southern has always produced phenomenal musicians. Literally gives me goosebumps when I hear them play. Great music from a tremendously skilled organization. And the music selection is spot on.💪💪👍👍
I used to watch Grambling go head to head with Morgan State every year in The Whitney M. Young Memorial Classic as a young teen Athlete in the Early 70's going forward. I always looked forward to their Marching Bands Challenge. Grambling "Set The Standard" in those days. Clearly The Human Jukebox has Elevated The Game and are simultaneously "Killing" IT for a whole new Generation. They are Simply The Best...Better than ALL the Rest.(ala Tina Turner) Their Treatment and Versatility of everything they Mix is just unparalled. PLUS they have an Obscure little "Sister Act" known as The Fabulous Dancing Dolls that put Ol' Dudes like me on Oxygen for the duration of their Set. Wow SU, Ya'll Don't Take No Prisoners.

Trying to imagine being a trumpet player in not just any HBCU band, but SU... And putting on an absolute show during Mardi Gras, of all parades you could march in... This was the stuff of dreams for me when I was in high school. Never got the chance to be in a group like this, and it may not be as euphoric as actually performing with this kind of organization, but I'll settle for the goosebumps yall give me on RUclips!
I have a question! Are SU and JSU the closest HBCU marching bands in proximity to each other? Jackson is about 2hrs 15mins from BR.Any one know if they're two that are closer?
@BryanTrevorMoore Romannn Really?WoW,I guess that's why their annual game is called the Bayou Classic 🤔.Thanx for the reply. But I didn't enquire about the state.
