He’s defo underrated but his “Overwhelming Power” passive is pretty badly designed, like his cheap cost and -20% spa encourage you to place him first at the front to deal with the early waves, where he’s almost never hitting a single unit at a time, maybe it’d be more balanced if it was locked behind setting his target to “Strongest” and have it deal the 100% damage to that single enemy at the cost of having awkward targetting
He’s legit the best starter character in pretty much every mode. He doesn’t have high dps like cha, Jin woo or obito, but he deals more dmg on placement, cheaper and just overall better as a starter. U legit can afk any stage u want by just placing him down without upgrading him. I feel like he’s just made for being starter and nothing else

my only problem is that his evo isn't cool, its literally the exact same thing except he gets a new passive and a LINE aoe as the last attack. Cha hae-in gets a cool passive, sjw gets arise, obito's evo model looks cool, naruto's evo model also looks cool and at least Sasuke gets some particle effects and another useful passive, at least more useful compared to vegita's evo passive
