for the relics, i would probably go with the 4pc ice set because it gives 25% crit dmg after an ult, and with the energy regen rope and a2 trace, that will have a lot of uptime to give a relatively major boost to the already massive crit dmg buff

sparkles light cone, including ruan meis, and fu xuans are some of the best value LC's ive ever seen, they provide an entire characters worth of value, i would definitely want to go for those, and i have a guarantee on LC banner so im definetly going for her LC
E1 Sparkle is good because you doesn't need to keep her Ultimate and use it in DPS's turn. Maybe you lose at least 30 energy if your Sparkle had the Ultimate before that. And 40% ATK has 100% uptime.

Won my 50/50 and took her on an MOC 12 run with Mono Quantum Seele. She cleared 1 cycle slower than my Bronya! But my Bronya is E1 with signature lightcone and traces almost maxed while my Sparkle is just lvl 70(so no big attack buff yet) and just level 2 traces and missing the traces effect res to activate broken Keel. Really excited to see what she is going to be capable once she is leveled up.
