Forget about DMs and SDMs, BSMs (BullShit Moves) are the real thing of SNK : Fast execution, deceptive range, very effective anti-air properties, nullifies projectiles and, last but not least, ALWAYS attached to a final boss.
Bou Dvi if that's a real question : Genocide Cutter is the signature move of Rugal Bernstein, boss of KOF '94, '95; '98 and 2k2. It is a fast anti-air attack with wide coverage and, in the first 2 games listed, ridiculous power. In '94, you'll lose up to 3/4 of your health bar if you get it by the full thing. Its animation looks like Typhoon Rage without the ring of air and reach more upward than forward.

I've seen some KOF '99 videos a few years ago, and Krizalid is even harder than Rugal. His Typhoon Rage deals a decent amount of damage if you're not careful. His End of Heaven depletes almost half of your HP and his chain attacks are almost unstoppable. Not to mention his other finisher when he pushes you to the wall and punches your continuously with his elastic arms (thanks of his powered suit) and you have no choice but to take that much damage.
This guy along with the whole atmosphere of KOF99 really makes it feel like an evil nighttime thing.... His stage, first theme....and that fighting stance with stiff animation....this damn guy was always DAMN creepy for an SNK boss...
He is most likely one of the souls released from verse after 14 since verse has outro dialogue against k dash in which krizalid says through verse "I am the original" he still seems salty that he's actually the clone of k dash

He was WAY too overdone, but thank goodness you were able to play as him when you first start KoF '99 Evolution on the Dreamcast. What happened in the game for many people is that it took them about 16 hours or so to be able to spend points on the Extra Strikers. But there's an easier way to unlock them. Read below: 1) Set the difficulty to the highest, and max out the power bar by default. Then, play as Krizalid for one match in Team or Single, spamming his cheap specials and supers. Then, lose on purpose for the next match and then let the continue screen count down to 0 by pressing the B button. (Be careful not to press the start button on the Continue screen or else the game will take away half of your Ability Points!) 2) Return to the Extra Strikers menu after the start screen, and you'll find your Battle Ability points cashed in. Do this as many times as you need to to unlock all of the Extra Strikers, then play the game for 50 Hours to unlock Syo and Gai. Congratulations, you unlocked all of the strikers! My favorite is Kyo SP, who REALLY needs to be made into a M.U.G.E.N character by the way.
