Oh thank god, I was really hoping that Mario Party Superstars would work on the Steam Deck!

Is it possible to hook the steam deck up to a tv and connect 4 Bluetooth controllers to play this? The only reason I even own a switch is playing Mario party with my family once a week but if it is playable on the steam deck I'm going to sell the switch and get a deck instead. How does it play? Better than switch on par or worse?
Yes you can hook up 4 controllers and play on a tv. Most games play better than a switch such as Mario party, mario kart, super mario 3d world, metroid dread, smash, animal crossing, mario oddsey, and more. There are a few title that don't work yet or play poorly like luigis mansion but improvements to yuzu are almost daily and perf is amazing overall.

How do you set up controls for this game? It doesn't seem to let me use steam controls on it.

Seems like switch games surpringly run well on the deck, the PS3 games could run a little better but i guess not even high end GPUs and CPUs can run PS3 games that well so it's understandable
Yeah I don't know why switch emulation has gotten little credit on steam deck. Switch emulation seems like a huge selling point for the steam deck, for me at least.

How did u get that to work when I connect two controllers the first one takes control over both player slots and second controller just stops working
Both are being detected though if I switch around the controller order
