Dundee United were one of the best teams in the world in the 80s! This is a fact!
I'm a tic fan but 'm old enough to remember United playing big teams in the 80s, they had a good run.
It was the early 70s the team went across to Nigeria and got beaten off some amateur teams! They were class in the 80s

They got to the 1987 European cup final where Roma paid the referree 50,000 grand to throw that game in Romans favour. They have a good history in the 1980s especially in Europe. Holy Baws. What a day in the Championship. Wednesday winning 👍. Birmingham City and Huddersfield drawing, and Millwall helping us all out, with a late winner against Plymouth..... Next week's going to be a rollercoaster last day to the season.
