In this video number {747} HP Laptop charger Not charging || so strange problem. I explained how to fix HP L65505-001 / L67440-001 / PA-1650-58HD type-C ac adapter, i found heavy amount of dust / rust / contimationations. it was inhibiting to produce output voltage, because it is smart charger, it provides 5 volt, 9 volt, 12 volt, 15 volt, 20 volt. it adjusts its output voltage based on current sense signal

I have ups..that has two batteries. 24 volts PCB in my ups...the main problem is batteries are not charging... thumb rule is for recharge a battery 13.5 to 14.5 ..but my ups for battery charging volts is giving 11volts...so batteries are going dead regularly...please help me how to solve.
My ups brand name is APC
