Eh thats because their spinoffs and got different purpose in gameplay which is fine. Heck Im glad the CPU candidates are finally playable in a game again. Honestly I liked rebirth more than megadimension imo despite MDN VII had my fav characters like S-Sha. I give em props that their least trying different things otherwise you ppl wouldve complained about neptunia being the same gameplay along with the rehashed levels they been doing in the main ones. I do understand tho it hasnt gotten MDN gameplay in a while that ppl want to play it again
Megadimension Neptunia VII was mediocre? Nonsense. MDNVII was the best game in the franchise up till that point. Sure, it wasn't perfect by any means, but they actually gave a damn when it comes to budget and storytelling, and for once, Nepgear wasn't treated as the butt of everyone's jokes, or worse, forced into making the most horrific of choices just to save an already fractured and dying world (seriously, Mk2's conquest ending is beyond messed up). Anyone who would call MDNVII 'mediocre' is either a newcomer with very little knowledge of the franchise or a casual holding a bias against anime style games in general. I just hope the localizers don't eff up the American release by shoehorning woke garbage into the game's translation.

So what's going on, some Dark CPU Dopppelgangers abduct Neptune, Noire, Vert and Blanc, and it's up to their sisters to save them? Or maybe this is the final test for the CPU Candidates to see if they are worthy of succeeding their sisters as the CPU of their respective nation? And more importantly, will Leanbox get a CPU Candidate this time, so Vert can stop trying to steal Nepgear away from Neptune?
It's funny how these intros are always just animated pictures over cyberdelic backgrounds. On the other hand, it doesn't falsely advertise like Overwatch and such
Hopefully this one isnt as toned down as Neptunia X Senran Kagura. I understand Sony's has goofy rules but, even considering that, it was very lackluster.
My main console was always a PlayStation of some sort, but after what Sony has been doing I've been switching over to PC slowly. Games are a lot cheaper and tend to go on sale more. I literally bought all the Neptunia Games, except maybe 1, for like $75 on steam and they weren't the standard editions. Came with sound track and everything. You can also get a small form factor PC and it'll take up less space than a console.
The vocalist is Ayane, the same person behind mk2 and Re;birth 2's ending themes. I gotta give props to whoever decided to have her do the OP. It basically ties her directly to the sisters.
I mean, opening theme by ayane was pretty good, and story too. But the graphics, and gameplay... Dear god, I hope please CH will roll back into VII style of gameplay.

I think the real reason she isn't here because they're trying to have this game focus a lot more on the family side of things, as the candidates are the main characters and the CPUs do have some role to play. Uzume has Kurome, but that doesn't count as siblings. Same with Plutia and Peashy, as they're more of a mother and daughter duo, and if the game does actually, focus on family it won't be that kind.
