I've been listening to hiphop for over 25 years, and this guy gives me renewed hope in the younger generation. Smooth flow with fire lyrics. I'm hooked. I just wish I was 19 again
Flows very smooth, only problem Ive always found with UK hip hop is the lyrics are stuff most people could write when they were 15, very smooth hook and flow but the actual lyrics arent clever at all just extremely basic. still it of course takes talent to have a flow like this but the older I get the more I appreciate actual interesting, funny, or clever lyrics, and I just havent found a consistent UK rapper who does that.
the setting is perfect imo. uve got the service station, symbolising aitches working class council estate upbringing. and then the mountains n beautiful background symbolising his glow up. And the mix of the two showing that hes staying humble and sticking to his roots.🤷♂️
