I love the house. 3 bathrooms is awesome. I think it's a nice size house. A place that size would cost well over 2K a month in my area. Congrats on the fresh start ❤
Cost of living is just ridiculous, this was the cheapest on I could find in a good area. I was searching for 3 bedrooms but those were all 3-5k. ANDDDD they want you to make 3x the rent?! 😭😭
@@LaToyaChastine I understand. That's how it is in my area. Anything cheaper you will need to move to Philadelphia where the school system stinks and you can be shot by stray bullets in your own home! You have to pay for safety 😔
@@denorwhi and that’s a shame! Like hey sorry if you want your kid in a new school and to be safe you have to pay an extra $2000 but we not making the pay for these jobs to match the cost of living! Good luck 😂😂😂😭😭

Use a basket to take stuff upstairs, I love the hip baskets they fit on your hip. It'll be your best friend, very helpful. They also make stair baskets on Amazon you can put stuff there throughout the day. Thinking of you girl I hope you're able to rest! Super cute place I love the kitchen.

I’m in a house but I’ve been going back and forth in my head to go to a townhouse I’ve had my eye on for a while it’s actually bigger than my house more expensive too which is why I’m still thinking about it 😂

First congratulations on the new place! It’s so nice. I hope you and the kids have lots of good memories created there in the future, already off to a good start with the picnics. 😊 Good job on the internet hook up too! This is random but I don’t know if cox is like xfinity but if they have an app it can be a lifesaver if you have issues at all to troubleshoot. I hate having to ask for help with that stuff so maybe it’d be helpful in the future!
My heart melted seeing the kids helping and Nayvie carrying the mop box. They are so cute! It also broke a little at the carpet part, but you got that stain out so good! Wouldn’t have even known it was there at all looking through the camera. 😊

Girl it’s ok my son had a huge green paint and water and toothpaste mixture stained in my carpet in his room and I’m renting I scrubbed it I soaked it used nail polish remover and fabolouso n it only lighten the stain but I found a oxy stain and Oder pet cleaner with a scrubber and it cleared it up u can’t even tell it’s there so try going to the pet aisle and see if they have something like that and it’s gone be ok these lil boys hard headed but they really do only do it for mommy’s attention they say there ok but the moves and leaving friends probably does stress him out my son was being messed with at school n fighting back n getting in trouble until the truth came out n the teacher had to apologize for not doing her job so maybe sit him down n have a conversation bc since then he hasn’t done anything like that again
