Yes they did have an outlast in the same bottle but the pump was teal/blue. They changed it to be "24 hour", before it was just 3 in 1 primer concealer foundation. This used to be my absolute favorite foundation before I got really into makeup and started branching out
Have you tried both the blue and the red? Are they different? We only have the blue in Australia, I have seen someone review the one in the red cap bottle and say it was transfer proof but I didn't find the one in the blue cap bottle was (I liked it otherwise!) Combo/oily skin type here.
