What if Rhaenys and Aegon both survived and ran away with Viserys and Dany in Essos ? What if Aegon proclaimed himself king of the Seven Kingdoms and marries Rhaenys and Daenerys, who became his queens and his equals ?
When Daenerys achieves their dream et takes the iron throne, she contemplates all heavy costs she endured. First, Rhaenys, who was stabbed during a battle and fell mortally from a tower. Months laters, Aegon is hurt in the leg - the wound is infected - and dies slowly. Dany finds herself alone, destitute of her strength, of her only family. She lost her reason and burn King's Landing.
She remembers the years passed in Essos : the good and the bad. She was a little girl scared by Robert's killers, who didn't think to revenge herself. She dreamt sometimes of blood and fire, without image that she will burn someday a whole city, and was scared of that. She was protected by Aegon and Rhaenys. With the time, she fell in love with them.
She is killed by Jon and finds again her true family in the death, under the form of the innocent child she was once.

Man I wish Rhaenys and Aegon were alive in the books, as much as I'd wish Young Griff was legit I doubt it, though a dragon is a dragon, red or black, and I'd rather him on the throne than Jon, Rhaegar's children along with Dany could've had a storyline that paralled that of Aegon and his sisters, sadly it seems the one story that will repeat itself will be the Dance of the Dragons, with Dany facing Aegon aka Young Griff
