It can apply to genders, but it is not strictly restricted to it. The groups a "double standard" can apply to can go from anywhere from religions, race, economical status, and yes, genders, but it can also be as simple as a mother setting some rules for a brother and other rules to the younger brother. It applies in many contexts, not only genders :)

Also nowadays it is so hard to listen to idols sing, too much noise. Backtrack, loud music, low microphone and the list goes on. Amazing performance
