Thank you. Been trying several times. Still skipping stitches. I'm going to try this tomorrow. Had to walk away, then found your video. I do contract embroidery from home, down 2 machines - only have 2 to work with now. Will be glad to get back to 4 heads. Amazing, i had 19 heads, a large building, and employees... was losing money. Now finally making money, but very slow with only 2 machines working. Want to get back to work. Thank you so much!
nice video. I have a stupit question. What is the clamp with 2 pins moving foward? its about 8 cm heigh, with the axis in the lower point. Does it moves towards the needle to ensure the cutting thread operation? Thanks
thanks LeoWiish, I need to make more content for sure. after 30 years in the service industry I now need to work towards staying close to home. Thanks for being here!
Need you advice on this if possible, In multi head, One head is not cutting the thread even after changing the knife and stuff, rest 5 are working perfect, Any help will be appreciated, Thank you.
I have 8 head Machine it's occurs more problems like Needle broken issues in specific model and we using a cotton thread for that model so please help to its possible in cotton thread to run the machine are else need to change a thread
I noticed that the third screw. The one at your timing mark was never tightened more than "just hits the shaft" Does this one need to be tightened more or is that really all it needs?
Good point Amy. I didn't realize I forgot to return to that screw. No is the answer. The final step would be to go back to that screw and tighten really good.
That is what I thought. Great video! I was able to time the third head on my Tajima TMFX-C1204-S this morning. And I made some step by step instructions. I also noticed my manual said the timing mark is 201 (+/- 3) so 200 was a nice middle ground. Another trick to getting the correct distance was turning my needle backwards then having the rotary hook "Touching" the needle. When I turned it back correctly with the scarf in the back the distance seemed just right.

Which machine brand and model do you have please?
No need to change threads. The timing and needle depths can be reset. Better if I knew what machine we're talking about?
