Why is it that in the American version, this whole segment went on for like 4 or 5 minutes, but the original Sentai goes on for 10? The Sentai's management of time is god like.

The Gold Ranger/King Ranger is one of the most badass rangers in the history of Power Rangers, but I have to admit that I like the Japanese version of this fighting scene better, to see the guy beating up the monster before he even morphed into King Ranger was totally awesome, then he goes all apeshit on the Cogs with his power sceptor. The American version or Gold Ranger fight was pretty awesome too, but the Japanese version takes the cake.
Dorin reminds me of the fairy in Turboranger, Riki reminds me of another Dragon Ranger, and the Ohrangers remind me of Jetmen (with their military background)...love how Ohranger puts all of these together.
I totally agree with you. Saban was on something. I was really happy when Jason came back from that stupid peace treaty. Because when he came back you had 3 original rangers instead of 2. You had Billy, Tommy, and Jason.

Zeo was basically role reversal between Tommy and Jason. I always felt he couldn’t contain Gold Ranger powers because he didn’t have a Zeonizer like the rest of the Zeo team.
I watched this video when I was a kid, and I had no idea which power rangers were. Then, I discovered that are called Power Rangers Zeo and this footage is from Super Sentai "Chouriki Sentai Ohranger"
Forgot to mention, that the US title is Power Ranger Zeo. What I meant was that the script and the way plot progress is different. King Ranger appears as Gold Ranger I believe for US series.

I like how back then, the weapons in the show actually had the same sounds as the toy versions.
It made the toys feel less cheap.
