Kashimos first technical appearance is when he completely dismantled Panda in his strongest state like it was nothing. Which already shows him being capable of surpassing Grade 1s like Mechamaru. Mind you Kashimo is just now getting accustomed to this new body, as he's not a sorcerer from this era but rather from one from 400 years ago. We’d see him of course fight Kinji Hakari where he’d ultimately lose, however a lot of fans like to miss context within that fight and just run with the fact Hakari beat him. During the fight we see Kashimo not only display superior power and skill, but Kashimo just had way more chances to rip Hakari apart then vice versa. Hakaris best way of defeating Kashimo was gambling with luck, which Kashimo also gambled with as he didnt want to stall out Jackpot and rather fight it head on. And even after all of this, Hakari had to end up getting Kashimo in the water so that he could neutralize him. AND on top of all of that, Kashimo doesn't use his cursed technique as he wants to save it for Sukuna, meaning Hakari truly was never a threat to Kashimo to begin with. Now Kashimo’s other fight in the series unfortunately is against Sukuna, who uhhh, yeah ends up going back into his Heian Era Form. A Lot of people like to make fun of Kashimo for getting waffled and being the waffled one, but no one likes to talk about how he was the first one to fight Sukuna, meaning he fought arguably the least weakest version out of anyone in Shinjuku that wasn't Gojo. Kashimo during his fight with Sukuna immediately unleashes his cursed technique, which is the Mythic Beast Amber, a technique that enhances Kashimos physicality and it allowed him to overwhelm Meguna relatively quickly, this was before the transformation took full effect as well, but as we know Kashimos luck would come to an end when Sukuna transforms and would show off the world slash, along with a aoe version of this attack that turned him into a waffle. Kashimo in comparison to the rest of the verse would be a threat as he’s only one of the only characters who can shoot Lighting and enhanced blasts of these attacks with his cursed technique. Kashimo fortunately IS the only one in the verse who can shoot lighting so hey if you want to say he can also shoot light, then i guess the argument is there? But I think it's dumb so I'm ignoring it. Anywho Kashimo regardless is one of the only characters who can shoot some of the fastest attacks in the verse, with him also fighting the strongest version of Sukuna in shinjuku, meaning he would be WAY stronger than Sukuna in Shibuya and even Jogo in Shibuya, who both can cause earthquakes and destroy a majority of Shibuya, putting Kashimos BASE attack potency around the 2-4 megaton ranges. Kashimo himself has to be one of the strongest as that's kinda the point of his character. Kashimo is someone from a past era where he felt unsatisfied, and so he wanted to put his power to the test against Sukuna, since he was the strongest sorcery in history. Sukuna after meeting Kashimo and initially not thinking much of anyone other than Gojo, he’d soon quickly come to acknowledge Kashimo as strong and is someone who stands on a unique path similar to that of himself and Gojo. He could never truly satisfy his hunger until Shinjuku Showdown, and although everyone wants to say his death was sorry and he sucks, he in the end got what he wanted and finally satisfied his hunger. Jujutsu Kaisen is a sequel to Akutami's Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School, serialized in Shueisha's Jump GIGA from April to July 2017, later collected in a tankōbon volume, retroactively titled as Jujutsu Kaisen 0, in December 2018. Jujutsu Kaisen is licensed for English-language release in North America by Viz Media, which has published the manga in print since December 2019. Shueisha publishes the series in English on the Manga Plus online platform. Two novels, written by Ballad Kitaguni, were published in May 2019 and January 2020, respectively. Sukuna after the hollow purple bomb was in terms of output and cursed energy amount at half due to the external brain damage, the inability to heal himself from the injuries which not only lowers his output but his general combat abilities, and the other statements to a more heal sukuna during his yuta vs yuji fight show that his output was massively lowered.
The sukuna kashimo fought was at best a heavily injured 10f sukuna missing all his haxs

Something no one mentions is that Sukuna tried against Kashimo, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but you have to remember he literally blitzes Maki in a weaker form because he wanted to prove something to her. Blitzed a heavy hitter yet Kashimo could at least react to Sukuna, he does get tagged too, but the fact that Sukuna with just straight hands bullied Maki in a weaker form after Kashimo blatantly reacted to him when he had all 4 arms is hilarious.
Moreover most people fought sukuna not alone. Kashimo feat is also getting downplayed even though we know how strong sukuna is even when he is standing on one leg.

In-regards to JJK Speedscaling, I feel like they are lowballed to all fucking hell. (Fuck the Naoya Mach 3 statement, that shit is just dumb, and already got disproven by Gege but I will prove it)
The fodder, Juzo legit, reacts to sound. In Chapter 52, Juzo is able to react and fend off sound strikes from Gakuganji, a sound-based attacker. Subsonic JJKkspeeds being viewed as impressive are inconsistent. Naoya's peak speed (sound) is superior to all the inconsistent reactions a one-off character reacted to earlier in the series.
Yuji reacting to the Piercing Blood: Even at speeds of just 1 m/s, Yuji can still perceive the attacks at supersonic speed at the beginning. Since his perception is supersonic, Naoya perceives Yuji blitzing while being casual, although his top speed is the speed of sound.
Kamo reacting to Naoya (Curse): Kamo finds human Naoya's speed to be rather astounding. However, despite being blitzed by a supersonic Cursed Womb, Kamo responds and blocks Naoya (Complete Curse) without using his "Red Scales" until after the fact.
Sound characters aren't viewed as impressive. Sound characters aren't seen to be really amazing; this sort of relates to the earlier inconsistency with Juzo's reaction to them. The point of this argument is that characters (outside of Gojo) whose speeds are comparable to the top speeders are viewed as nothing exceptional and are demonstrated to be reactive and blocked. It seems clear that Gege has forgotten how he previously wrote his characters.
n the JJK Anime Cursed Energy Training Arc, Gojo literally dodged a point-blank explosion from Jogo, which is either Massively Hypersonic+ or Sub-Relativistic (and this comes from VsBattles, which is notorious for lowballing).
3 Fingers Sukuna's feat of blitzing Megumi resulted in Supersonic+ speeds. This feat is important as this same Sukuna is what Toji speed is referred to as comparable to, if not faster than, which, while still slower, Megumi on guard in Shibuya was able to still react and dodge to him. Showing Shibuya characters in at least the Supersonic+ ranges.
There are also other feats, such as Kenjaku reacting and blocking sniper fire and young Geto blocking bullets. Uraume reacts and blocks to Piercing Blood, with it breaking the sound barrier inches from their face. There's also a casual Naoya reacting to Piercing Blood.
Takaba's jump into the path of an explosion to halt it and save Hazenoki, which resulted in speeds of High Hypersonic+.
Oh, and a fun thing I found out! MBA Kashimo did not use actual sound to attack Sukuna. Soundwaves are used to optimize frequencies, not attack, so it’s got to be electromagnetic waves since they are stated to vaporize, which is exactly what happened to the ground when Kashimo hit it. (This makes sense since sound ISN'T an electrical phenomenon.)
Many would attempt to debunk Kashimo's EM Waves feat by saying that Sukuna was simply aim-dodging; however, the actual definition of aim-dodging refers to the technique of avoiding linear attacks by repositioning oneself away from the path of the attack before it is fired. However, as shown in the panel, that is clearly not the case. Sukuna clearly moved his body out of the way of the projectile. The left side of the panel clearly shows that the projectile was already in front of his face when he dodged it, which would already give less weight to the idea that he moved out of the way before it was fired. However, on the right side, the panel reaffirms this, as the attack had hit the ground as Sukuna moved out of the way.
This heavily implies that Sukuna actually reacted to and dodged the Light Speed projectile, as otherwise the attack wouldn’t have already hit the ground when his body was out of the way.
Sukuna later on was also shown to be able to perform chants and handsigns for WCS while Kashimo's EM Wave Laserbeam was moving towards him, in which the difference between talking and punching is giant. It would further prove that Sukuna actually reacted to EM Waves.
Toji in the anime reacts and possibly even dodges Nue's lightning.
When Sukuna transforms before being hit in order to not be killed by the lightning, which can’t be dodged, he grows a new arm. This is a Massively Hypersonic+ feat.
Todo creates an imagination in 0.01 seconds which gives him a Massively Hypersonic feat LMFAOO.
Gojo's processing speed makes him FTL. 3 years of his youth he processed in an instant.

One thing he could do, for example, is create chlorine gas through electrolysis like he did against Hakari without being near a body of water. Though he has better AP and dura than Jackpot Hakari, it's either an insane feat for Hakari or an embarrassing instance for Kashimo that he got blitzed by him at his peak in Jackpot.

Yuji has a resistance to poisons because Sukuna's fingers themselves are poisonous because of their cursed energy, which has been established to be naturally harmful. Choso's blood is also poisonous because he's half curse, who are made up of cursed energy. Same with Eso and Keichizu, but to a greater extent as their technique is all about their poisonous blood. So that resistance is only regarding cursed energy.
Kashimo is said to be able to manifest any phenomena that can be created by electricity, in the VIZ translation, lmao. It's never said he can't manifest anything else.
He can't make a domain because he cannot imbue his technique into a barrier exactly because of how it's designed. A domain would just be a waste of cursed energy and redundant when he can already create a sure hit through exchanging electrical charges.

Why would the narrator quote that right after yuji got poisoned by jumpei if Sukuna didn't have a part in it only his toxic fingers? My point still stands, a poison created by cursed energy is the literal same as a normal poison because poison attack specific cells depending on it's effect on the body. The ability construction for example shows that very clearly it doesn't matter the source the object or thing itself is real and is a copy of the one in real life.

You have to consider distance between attacks and their opponents. Hakari reacted to Kashimo’s lighting with it only being about 12 feet away from him . Maki caught Mai’s bullet from a few feet away. The narrator stated not even LIGHT could escape Yuki’s black hole and Kenjaku reacted to it point blank, sure he wasnt dodging it but he reacted with his counter in time nonetheless. Sukuna didn’t realize Gojo’s purple (made of tachyons, that travel faster than light) until it was right in front of him and he reacted to the attack. Can’t argue he sensed Gojo’s output cuz that was the whole point of Ichijis barrier. Nowhere is it stated Kashimo’s EM waves have a slow charge time. So Sukuna being right in front of Kashimo would also make that a lightspeed reaction. After Sukuna transformed Kashimo fired condensed lighting at Sukuna which should definitely be faster than his base lighting attacks he used against Hakari, and Sukuna’s slash countered the lightning after it was released not before. All things considered that puts the high tiers of JJK way higher than double Mach’s. I’m not arguing the high tiers are several times faster than light, but they do just barely pass it🤏🏾.
Gojo's purple being made of imaginary mass doesn't necessarily mean that it travels faster than light.
Hanami was able to barely dodge that. She fought within the same speed ballpark as unawakened Maki, who caught that bullet. Are you gonna tell me that that Maki, who landed several blows on Hanami, is so incredibly slow in comparison?
That's not to say purple is slow. It may well be FTL. It just means that being able to potentially dodge purple while on-guard isn't that impressive.
Keep in mind, all sorcerers detect the flow of cursed energy to predict attacks before they happen. Most of the dodging is a result of this, rather than pure reactions.
If Sukuna was that fast, why does he break a sweat at all when fighting Todo's Boogie Woogie and the vibraslap, with such a relatively low frequency of 50 swaps per second?
Honestly, I'd say Sukuna's actual reaction speed is more in the ballpark of a few milliseconds, or maybe even larger fractions of a millisecond.
@@brunitop4753 To answer your sukuna and todo question. Its the fact that todo doesn't swap all the time within that second. 50 is todo limit and he swaps yuji himself and sukuna. Thats three people and sukuna has to keep track of yuji. Plus he swaps with other objects like rocks crows etc. Add the fact that when he tries to attack todo can swap yuji and him with other things and you can see the problem. It is just too much going on for sukuna to keep track of while trying to figure out when todo is gonna swap.
For any confusion about emw first off your completely right about them needing a perfect vacuum for light speed but even without it their 99% sol and light is a electromagnetic wave, we just dont know what emw kashimo was using so it hard to scale also even without it he would be ftl cause sukuna reacted to hollow purple with them being imaginary mass that always move faster than light also kashimo emw vaporize any irradiated object and all matter is irradiated including humans so realistically if you get hit by one its a oneshot

How wouldn't Yuta not put his hands on Kashimo and make him puke up his whole transformation when he performed against a stronger Sukuna better than Kashimo ever did? That stronger Sukuna also took Yuta more seriously than everyone else's, so much so that Sukuna would've killed Higuruma INSTANTLY if Yuta appeared. Kashimo is not as fast as you think he is, his hax are the only thing that's fast. Kashimo's movement speed just got a slight buff.
The thing I don't get is if the waffle attack was even the world cutting slash or not. I honestly don't think it is, because Sukuna never changed or did hand signs for it. Plus, he's never been able to do multiple world slashes at once. If he was, then Gojo would have been in pieces. Even worse, Yuji would have been cut in half along side Yuta in his domain, and when Sukuna tried to use it on Maki, she would have been chopped up too.
I think Kashimo was killed by regular dismantles... Which to be fair makes sense, since his technique was already destroying his own body.
