@Cody luliucci throughout my life, my dad has always been negative and loved to shove his opinions and problems down my/my siblings throats... there was a lot of negativity projected onto us, a lot of unnecessary negativity. As a result, all of my sibilings and myself have learned to avoid him when possible. I realized as I got older that he really fucked with my self-esteem. Everytime something goes wrong in any way, I always feel like it's my fault because of the way I was raised. Its good that Joey doesn't let his emotions get in the way of being a father. Because people do remember the little things.

I have a physician friend who was killed on his bicycle by a drunk driver. He was 57 years old and the kid was 26. Although I feel really sorry for my friend's family, I can't help to think how the kid fucked up his life. He had had a few beers and had received divorce papers that day. I realize he should have never been drinking but now his life has been screwed up by this incident. He got 16 to 20 years and has already served 5 years and is up for parole in September. Being a compassionate person, I hope he is paroled and I would like to see him move on in a positive way and do something with his life. I think my friend would've felt the same.
