Thanks alot man your video helped me out as soon as your video was done I opened up my apu and looked for the fuse and that little sucker was burn the hell up. Change it and my apu turn on thx man god bless keep up the good work ✌

I have same apu he is right. I cleanrd it with wire brush and went to walmrt and got a fuse set for amps in cars (its thicker than regular fuses put a 80 amp in and its been running every since. Thnx bft
Thank YOU I just went on my DOT 30 and I saw my stand by light wasn’t lit and was like ok wtf tried turning it on nothing. Guess I’ll have to get a fuse and now... I have to get one of them Uber awesome battery powered ratchets.
whatsup big trucker i have the same apu run for 5 to 10 minutes and shut down the alternator is pushing 13.9 volts, i just did apm with om parts and still doing that all fuses are good fans both working good, you have idea what else could be?
I bought my 2012 Cascadia in July 2017. Was told the apu did run but when truck was delivered, it did not. First thing I noticed was that blown 50 amp fuse. There was also a loose fuse block from the truck battery to the apu starter. I bought the truck from Penske & they backed up their warranty and luckily they have a shop in my hometown. Fixed it and it has worked well. You may have a corrosion issue on battery terminals or a bad ground somewhere between battery & apu. Gotta get me one of those milwaukee ratchets tho. nice tool.
TRUCKER GIL well it would come on at all so now that i found that hidden fuse it lights up anf the fan comes on for 2 seconds. I chased the harness looking for a reset button. What your take on it?

That's the same thing that happened to mine I had to replace the fuse and the fuse box they have a new updated one is a common problem. The fuse box burns up

Big Face Trucker unplug the apu from the battery for a few minutes then replug it back on that's what I did and it worked
