Wow Malcolm!! This has my mouth watering!! Those giant shrimps look so succulent. And the casing on that sausage all blistered and ripped open!! What a plate of food. Great job.
I made this his way and it was great. Then did it the pour mans way. Pre cooked shrimp and it was raining so made it on the stove. I added fresh cut cayenne and table spoon of hot chili oil. To everyone reading this and following Malcom, I have not yet found a dish of his i do not like. I love the fact he is down to earth and always says, "hey make it your own". Thank you Malcom for you time and effort making these videos.
Malcolm, you are a natural! I am really learning from your vids and appreciate how you tell us what you're going to do, you do it, then tell us what you did...Tell, Show, Tell...classic demonstration process. Excellent!
Grits (carbs galore) + Lemon juice (carbs from sugar), very little from garlic (still carbs). The fat is literally all the cheeses and the meat, and the butter...everything but the shrimp. But I can sense sarcasm so, "lol"
Malcom I made that today for an Easter meal, and my family loved it! Man you knocked it out of the park again. You are a fantastic teacher, and your recipes are always spot on.
You are out of control! May I suggest more fruits & vegetables? Heck with that, shrimp & grits = heaven! Another top notch video and I'll be ordering some stuff from your website.
right after you taste your creation you need to say," Man down, where is my pillow!" I know for a fact if I eat all of that, I'll be past out! Once again , great job Malcom! My backyard & kitchen Superhero!
I'm drooling over here man, this is exactly what I'm looking for. Another recipe to try for the year, might have to head on over to Country Pleasin and pickup some sausage and also order more seasonings from your site.
I just started watching your videos a few days ago. I subscribed ASAP lol. I love your content. And I appreciate somebody who knows how to season their food!
Couple things wrong when I made this recipe: 1: I left the sausage on a little long while I was inside peeling the shrimp. 2: I overcooked the shrimp a bit. 3: I forgot the butter and thought I'll add a half stick after all was assembled. Even with those doah moments my family loved the dish. One said it was restaurant quality. I did think 2 sticks of butter was a bunch, but the cheese grits (new way of making them for me) would have been benefited from the the extra juice. The Parm and creme cheese do make the grits set up firmly, so the extra juice would have gone nicely with the grits. By the way this way of making grits was simple and tasted great. We are use to a more cheddar/cream version. MR, thanks for a great recipe. I'll try next time to not make something after I've worked out in the yard all day. Man do I need football back, so I can rest up for a good grilling session.
Looks like an awesome meal, going to give this a go for sure. Also thinking I might just make the sauce and cheese grits then instead of cooking shrimp, blacken or grill a nice piece Mahi-Mahi, Grouper or Red Snapper to top off the grits and sauce. Thanks for posting your cook Malcom.
The thumbs down button should be eliminated ...who are those people disliking something beautiful like this at all?? If you don't like it, just do not watch it and haul ass ...nobody cares about your negativity! Malcolm is a great guy and he celebrates the art of bbq in a perfect way ! ..this just needed to be said ! :) 3731 people will agree !
I love all of your videos and I have become a much better cook with your videos thanks for making them. Do you ever use an offset smoker for anything I haven’t seen you use one in a video?
WOW- I made tonight at a friends cookout 3-31-18 and it was awesome !!! My first taste tester response was "This is spectacular" ! Second tester said "damn that's phenomenal"---- THANKS MALCOM !!! (AND YES, I GAVE YOU THE CREDIT. I TOLD THEM TO LOOK YOU UP ON HERE)
Looks outstanding! But I got to have some jalapeño in my cheese grits. When we going to get you on TV. If hacks like Guy Fieri can get on you should be a shoe in
Wow Malcolm!! This has my mouth watering!! Those giant shrimps look so succulent. And the casing on that sausage all blistered and ripped open!! What a plate of food. Great job.

"low fat"...where were you when he put in two sticks of butter haha
Grits (carbs galore) + Lemon juice (carbs from sugar), very little from garlic (still carbs). The fat is literally all the cheeses and the meat, and the butter...everything but the shrimp. But I can sense sarcasm so, "lol"
