Picture this: Noon April 14 1969; dad (Murray) convinced my grade 4 teacher to let me out for the afternoon. Mom (Pierrette) was in the car. When we arrived at Parc Jarry, I realized how lucky I was. That day would change my life forever. Caught 100's of Expos games until the very last in 2004. Many moons have passed; still play ball at 55. Dad is in palliative care and my pain is unbearable, knowing that my ultimate hero will soon be gone. Really miss the Expos. Thank you/Merci! Mark Malone
Mark Malone sorry to hear your story mark!! my dad was my baseball coach from little to senior major league here in Arlington Virginia!! I went on to play in high school and 4 years in division 1 college ball because of my dad!!
