En minuto 3:40 dices que la comunicante anterior une a las carotidas internas , pero por lo que veo en el gráfico, a las que une la comunicante anterior son a las cerebrales anteriores...

En la imagen vemos las arterias cerebrales anterior y media, hacen parte de las ramas terminales de la carótida interna, por ende, la cerebral anterior es la misma carótida interna y la función de la comunicante anterior es unir lado derecho y lado izquierdo (carótidas internas) en el polígono de Willis.
