Sunny playing daniel like a fiddle. He bought a car , moved out, and plan his whole "career"/ life goals based around her. for when the time comes when they break up, idk what he'll do... Daniel, once again, lock in clear your debts, increase your value as a man and be self sustainable before even thinking of finding a girlfriend.
FYI Your credit card isn't considered as savings and shouldn't be used as an emergency fund. Anything you buy with it, you should pay off the full balance by the next payment cycle, other wise you will be charged the 20% interest. I know you're on a interest free promotion, but that's how you got into debt in the first place. Please don't put any more debt on it considering how much you already owe
If you work like an Uber Eats driver, you will live like an Uber Eats driver. Simple. You will need way more than $31K a year to sustain owning a home even if Cammie graces you with money from her home sale.
This "moving out because of Mommy complaining about a dirty dish" (it true at all) is the nail in the coffin of what could have been a last minute turnaround at the age of 35. Sorry to say, but you are so delusional about what you think you can do / afford. This whole idea with buying a 100k property and fixing it up is crazy. You want all the luxuries but have no skill set and no motivation or courage to actually work towards them. If I were you, I would move back to your Mom and go to the Job Center. They will help you make the right decisions to get education and a job outside of the gig economy. They will actually do what your parents have failed to do for you by letting you sit in your childhood bedroom and play video games. A visit to the Job Center will lay the basis for everything else, including any financial support you might be eligible for. As long as you don't take this as the first necessary step, it will be great entertainment for the YT audience, but a dark road for you to follow in the future. You are indebted, unskilled, and about to break all family ties. This is exactly how people become homeless. It is not too late to fix this situation, but you need to do it NOW.
You don’t want to buy a rundown house. The money you put into it to repair the roof, walls, animal insect infested, no heat is a recipe for giving up and walking away ending in foreclosure of the mortgage and hurting your credit rating. Go to the home improvement store to check out prices of materials to fix up a house. You will need a power saw and all the tools needed to get the job done. Don’t go further in debt to your Mom just so you can have a rundown, holey, dilapidated house. You should do plenty of research before thinking of buying a house. You’ll regret it since you’re not ready and why would you think bringing Sunny to a rundown house would make her feel comfortable. Go home and find work, save money and live with your Mom but draw up a contract with her and if worse comes to worse with arguments, then get an insulated tent and live in your yard and use the bathroom and kitchen in the main house. But work hard to save an emergency money stash first then put money into investments.
100k is not a bad price for a house. Buuuuut u never know the condition. And you pay for repairs. For ex, in the last 5 yrs I paid 10k for roof, 5k for air conditioning, 800 for basic washer dryer. Just saying, there is a lot that could come up.
Cammie: You bad example sa for Pushkin sa. Dave Gibson sa and Kevin sa tired of igcuses sa. Pay money sa or jeep seas sa find you and Shunny sa. 1 day left sa.
A realistic solution to get an accommodation -get a crap warehouse job (act with poor immigrant mindset when you apply) -with this proof of income apply for the cheapest room you can find -the next day after signing the lease you can quit the job and look for something else...
I get that he wants to leave the home and make it on his own. However, it's better to get in a better financial position first. Please move in garden home or your regular room and bust it for 6 mos. to a year and then do this. Your apartment in Manchester was very nice. Can you find one like that if you have a petrol car?
No offence but I dont understand your thinking. You have to pay this money back anyway. So instead of getting yourself in debt and risking not being able to pay it in time, why don't you save the money working some job and then do these things without debt? you will have to work to earn the money anyway and it's not an emergency that you have to do these things now. I can understand for ex that you can only do a car delivery job and you need debt to buy a car to do your work. Or you don't have a phone but to have a job you need a phone so you get debt to get a phone to get a job. But to use debt to pay off pleasures and fun when you don't know how you will make back that money... i think that's a bit crazy. again, no offence.
I'm not surprised the streams make more money than your videos, because 99% of your videos are just clickbait and trolling, which makes them pointless to watch. I enjoy your streams though, and play them to help me sleep.
@JennyBunnyWeee Yeah I know there are trolling parts but not as much, I don't think. Do you think?? Idk, he left before because him and his mum can't stand each other.
My mother rents out property and she never asks for 31000. She just gets two refs from employer and prev place. She prefers men as easier to deal with than complaining women. She let's out a cottage on a farm. Actually lots of professionals live in cottages

@ingot95 - it's Daniel's destiny to be homeless in his 40s and 50s, kinda like Ryan Boundless.
