A great close I've used to surprisingly astounding success: "Is there anything else you need to know before we go ahead with the order?" Closest thing to magic there is and this video reminded me of it.
@@user-cl1vp5cf2g Let us know how it works. It's cool because if they say yes, they tell their objection but in terms of what they need to know to be comfortable with buying. If they say no, well....just fill out the paperwork.

Would you be opposed to signing the contract today to secure our services? Would it be unreasonable to ask for a 50% payment today to start the project? Would it be out of line to suggest we finalize the contract and initial payment today? Are you against the idea of securing our services with a signed contract and initial payment? Would you have any objections to moving forward with the contract and payment today to ensure we can start working on your project immediately?
This is good stuff man! A good ‘no’ question I use after a pitch is “can you see any reason why this isn’t gona work for you?” Can even follow up with a “you’re sure yeah..?” Works a treat😂
Just read your books, followed your videos & just wanted to say thank you for your abundance, approach & totally authentic teaching which despite having had some of the best training has taught me loads and loads. Great job!
Not me asking every girl if she would be opposed to going on a date with me after watching this!! I will admit Alex you 2X'd my dating life LMAO. Great guy.
I don't think this has anything to do with yes and noes but the implications that it's more work to take the opposition. And since humans like to take the path of least resistance it's easy to say no. There's also an implication of less commitment and we know from studies once you have your foot in the door it makes them feel safe and they become more willing to agree to bigger asks.
Loved the video, Alex. While we are talking lead gen, I have to give a shout out to Mystrika. The AB testing feature has been a lifesaver and their analytics are spot on. It is truly a blessing for those of us in sales. Maybe give Mystrika a spin and post a review?
These videos are always sooooooo dense. I feel like all Alex’s videos need multiple watches. Like watching a good movie, every time you watch it, you get even more.
Had this same question This just came to mind. Look on websites where lots of coaches and courses are and then look through directories and categories showing which high ticket sales sell the most
No. You can tell when a salesman is super pushy, or if they listen really well or if they’re manipulative. A lot of people literally just want validation so a good salesman basically turns that into, yes I believe you can receive this cool thing I’m selling. Can go on and on on this

This needs to be drilled into our head, as sales people

Thank you Alex!
Buts the problem right after the no. You were not needy before. But as soon as they said NO, you move forward quickly. That’s too much. Not smooth.
This is insane, great perspective. Thanks man!
Such an awesome close! Thanks for sharing
Ok that’s meta. I was looking for Alex input on high ticket info products haha. Thanks RUclips for reading my mind.
This is in a commitment area of a close.
It seems reasonable
youre a legend in every video
Other than expensive coaching or courses what are some examples of high ticket sales and how to get started?

At what point do you ask if they would be apposed to moving forward today?
