I use 4 season tent all through summer and fall when I go motorcycle camping because its get cold at night time in the desert & mountain!

Hmm, you didn’t really explain what the difference between the tents is, you just explained the difference between summer and winter. Condensation, air flow, inner tent construction (mesh or not) etc is where the differences are, and they all come with pros and cons.
