The defence turrets are cheaper and stronger than units, but there is no defences in the game that don't have several counters, the only good defence is attack first. Mindustry is a slow-paced RTS game, resources gathering is quite slow. But you have to go fast paced in PvP else you will lose, and since Mindustry have no such thing as a shop, you cannot just buy stuff, but have to manually direct resources to make units and turrets. The existence of Logic make PvP even more stressful.
well I did lose frozen multiple times myself. I would say either try to get scorches as soon as possible. if you want to put off doing that just spam duo’s like no tomorrow. remember, you can never have enough duo. took me 3 fails to learn that
