Steve is amazing. The shop that installed my HSR 42 used the Harley choke cable without switching to the Mikuni part like he showed Juan so the choke was always on. I brought the carb to Steve in a box and he showed me the problem, asked about my bike and recommended different jets and needle settings. He gave me the parts for free! I installed them and the bike rips. In 5 minutes he diagnosed and fixed a complicated problem that my shop could not. I knew something was off when the tuner that installed it said that you never need to use the choke with his setup. He had been making this mistake on everyone's bikes.
I will fly from NC to buy that green dyna fix it up and ride it back to NC. Let your friend know!! Yeah pretty serious. Y’all can film it and everything. Throw on some Thrashin parts for the trip back!!
16:50 Look at that pipe, and then look at the pipe HD put on the 2018-2021 HD Sport Glide with the 107 CI. Almost identical in length. There is something very important about the length of that exhaust pipe and the amount of both back pressure and Horse Power that it makes. Think hard before you change out your double barrel shotgun pipes or shorten the length of your pipes with aftermarket exhaust systems.
Had a Mikuni carb on my 05 Nightrain, loved it, actually just bought a Mikuni throttle body for my '14 Street Glide, Mikuni are always up to some kind of Badassary!...You Guys do the coolest shit, Rubber Down Guys🤙🙌
The mikuni bikes were sick for old school rnd bikes sad to see then just sit there in the dust they need to be used and rebuild but still cool to see them 😎
HEY LANCE AND JAUN when are y’all gonna make some mid controls for us bagger boys?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????👏🏼🤟🏼🤘🏼
0:55 is that a TI-83 graphing calculator? If Math and Physics teachers actually showed how this knowledge could be applied to things like motorcycles the world would be a better place. Assume Part 2 is going to be at the machine shop. Lets go.
Have you guys out there having the problem we see over here on the east coast That the roads are being washed away if so could you show us the mud slides and wash outs so we can see your mishaps that your having
I'm from reseda but now live in las vegas feels like im home watching your vids used to drop by your shop in canoga to get fresh gloves you guys were hella friendly n usually busy, unfortunately i was left paralyzed from an accident in 2021 i miss riding like a mf, maybe one day ill regain the ability to ride who knows, i still use thrashin gloves to push my wheelchair cuz they help with grip n look dope asf haha, keep up these videos they make my day
Nerding out! I love the r & d! Juan, you have my dream job. I got my degrees and certs to go down a similar path but that’s not how it’s all worked out. Still made it into the industry and have my own 3d printer and laser for my side hustle making bike/lifestyle related goods. Y’all are such a great group and I hope to cross paths someday!
Lol, love the way he makes it seem that Juan is a genius, That stuff is easier than you think bro. They teach that stuff in junior high now. Catch up with the times dude
You guys HAVE to ride down to Escondido and try TJ Tacos, They’ve the trumbo and are the best tacos in all of CA!! I eat the Al pastor at least 3-5 times a week, I promise it’s worth the ride! 🤘🏻
G’day Thrashin crew, can’t wait to see the brake lever on the market as I will be getting one, I know you guys haven’t finalised the design, do you think you can make the long arm of it adjustable for better height for braking or slightly have bend on the arm to give it a lift. Just a thought as I have a fxlrst and have all Thrashin risers bars pegs and floor board.so yeh you could say I’m a fan!!! Keep up with the vidz luv em, from OZ
@THRASHIN SUPPLY Building a motorcycle on a fxdx frame is like building a home on the San Andreas fault. Harley said they stopped making the fxr frame because it was too difficult. Omg what a stupid excuse. All the guys on unknown industries also prefer the fxr

True, only thing that stinks though is the loss of cornering clearance. It's a tradeoff

The mikuni bikes were sick for old school rnd bikes sad to see then just sit there in the dust they need to be used and rebuild but still cool to see them 😎

Hey Lance and Juan, any possibility on getting your floor boards, shifter and adjustable break lever for Indian challengers ? Love what you guys do !
trippin cheek is the best
Love these videos! Also they always make me want tacos lol
Cabeza= head
Cheek= cachete
Not the same.
Awesome vlogs, keep it up.
👍🏼
I think we were just trying to get cabeza
I bet Gabe's shorties are easy pull lever of some kind.
You guys HAVE to ride down to Escondido and try TJ Tacos, They’ve the trumbo and are the best tacos in all of CA!! I eat the Al pastor at least 3-5 times a week, I promise it’s worth the ride! 🤘🏻
Looks like those tennis shoes will be good to wear sliding and scraping down the highway footless!
Life’s dangerous.
That DX needs some motor mounts. I seen that shake at 10:14🧐😂
Haha 100% in due time!

you guys should really consider making things for the old evo bikes very underserved market
Do they have parts for my 2004 Yamaha Road Star Venture 1300 ???🤔
What mikuni I did you guys run on that fxdx??? Just pick up a fxdx as well so looking to do the mikuni set up on it
42mm
Barbacoa tacos are the best!
Mikuni ftw!

Lol! Right on
Are you guys planning on going to Daytona Bike week?
24:00 shocks working but a little rough bump
It must be Tuesday😀
3:49 wait?! How many years Juan? 😅
I would like to just come out ride around and eat some tacos with you guys!
Do you have a solution for the dyna lowrider riser mounted indicator lights?
What year?
@@THRASHIN 07'
What up🙌🏾✌🏾
No broth to dip the birria tacos in? Miiiiiiid
you should try taco de cesos, which is brain!
I know this doesn’t apply to mid controls on a lowrider S but on a lowrider S with forward controls the break lever is to low to be useful.
What size is that mikuni? Could use the part number.
42mm, part number 42-18 kit.
Juan the cartoonist!
Damn juan looks familiar asf did he go to cphs
😎👍
💪🏽💪🏽
I feel cheated we didn’t get to see part 2 😂
Get ready, part 2 gets good!
You guys should ride down to Fullerton and try tacos Los cholos. Their tacos are next level!!
Come on Lance, surely you know that a 1992 FXLR is an FXR model not a dyna!!!!
Two Thousand Juan Harley Dyna
In Texas we call it Barbacoa and it’s pretty much a staple as far as tacos go
Im not an expert, but i thought cachete tacos were cheeks and cabeza tacos were cow brain?
Fuuu I dono… hahaha but either way it wasn’t my favorite 🤣
That bike is gonna be sweet! I just posted a video of my LOWRIDER ST after modifying it. Check it out if y’all get a chance ✌️
😎😎😎
“That was a good porno- pano shot” - juan, 2023
Dyna's suck compared to a fxr. I had a 1985 fxrs low rider it was so much nicer than my DYNA fxdx. Harley should have never stopped making the fxr
Well now you can buy a softail 😜🤣
@THRASHIN SUPPLY Building a motorcycle on a fxdx frame is like building a home on the San Andreas fault. Harley said they stopped making the fxr frame because it was too difficult. Omg what a stupid excuse. All the guys on unknown industries also prefer the fxr
