The way that you put the laser body onto the clamp is upside down. The clamp is meant to go on top and the screw portion of the clamp is meant to screw in and out at the bottom. This will help you align the laser in case you mount the bracket on a wall that isn't quite level or multi tiered.
The short answer is NO it is not better than heupar and the only people who are buying these at this price point is oil and gas multinational companies. HILTI is pricing themselves out of the market, so let them
not if you drop it ,,, Huepar is disposable , Hilti needs that warranty to justify the price , I was a Hilti fan , now its just made in China like the rest.

That's extortionate. Is it really worth 8 times more than a Huepar (or similar brand) one?
