I like to ask you a question, I knew that you were a smoker, could you tell me that when you go thru the meditation and other Buddhist training. Did you go thru a process of detoxication, sick such as elimination of mucus, rash...etc (naturally and unintended), and also any psychological detoxication such as some old bad memory, which had long forgotten, surfaced.
