Creating a New Image with Two Pictures in Paint.net

Okay...4 hours and about 6 tries and I did it. I had to learn to put one picture together with a 2nd picture so that all 3 people were in the same picture before I could continue with your tutorial but I did it and it looks great. Use the magic wand tool to select the background and then delete what you don't need.

When I added my image, it would just put an invisible square there. And I was using the rectangle select and copying the image and pasted into new layer and yet it shows up invisible ;-;

I think save the image we processed (eg: background removed) then copy and past. this worked for me

Maybe not looking at correct layer, or it's not Visible? Sometimes things don't work if a Select tool is active (CTRL + D to deselect).

Where do you get your images?
Specifically the background images. I love the black and white scenes.
Also, is there a place I can get images with the background already removed? I mean just images that I can download and play with.

I got the background images by searching for desktop background themes for Windows. Once you download the theme, you need to find where the images are saved on your computer.
To find animal pics with blank backgrounds, just search for the animal you want and .png
It should give you the files you want
