Hey, man. This is probably the most thorough controller video I've seen in the past decade, and I've seen a lot. I wanted to ask your opinion, since you seem to really know your stuff: my buttons are feeling really mushy, particularly R and A button, which I know get a lot of use. I've cleaned the membranes, and while they seem to be in perfectly fine condition and responsive, it just never makes a difference when I reassemble the controller. I know I can't give you any more information than that, but in your experience, do you think it's time to replace the membranes? Thanks in advance.
@@Fred-vh1mk Thanks, that means a lot! 😊 I would try swapping out the membranes from a different controller and see if they feel better. It most likely is the membranes from getting so much use out of them over the years. They're made out of a silicone/rubber material and their "bounciness" can degrade
@Imperaptor77 Thanks for the swift response. My other controller has the same issue, so I think I'll try out the aftermarket membranes I have. I always appreciate seeing someone with such thoroughness and attention to detail to what is, as we all know, an incredibly niche hobby.
Hey thanks for taking the time to show off the renesaiance bowl as a ton of great tips and tricks! Super glad you like it 🙌🙌🙌
