Sir I have a question . Assumed that a css officer (Dmg/Pas group) have performed his service and he has also llb degree with experience of 15 years . Can have any bit of chances that he can appoint a high/supreme Court judge . To be noted ✅ that he has no practical experience in field but llb degree with the time of 15 years
Its not about time of LLB degree, you are required to have 10 years of practice as Advocate High Court to be elevated as Justice in High Court and constitutionally 15 years of practice is required to be elevated as judge of Supreme Court. However it is noteworthy that no one ever elevated to SC directly.
