The slower tempo, the long build ups and dramatic resolves gave this song so much more emotion and depth! This is where those deep, dark lyrics belonged.. Amazing!! So happy this genre is still alive!!
This left me absolutely speechless… I’m so thankful to have this version along with the original because it’s such art! I know Ronnie is close with Papa Roach and I know he’s made them beyond proud!! Absolutely SUBLIME!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I’d love to see what Jacoby and Papa Roach reflected on this rendition. Ronnie is the perfect person to remaster this song with his range of vocals and mixing style. This song reminded me of of the hardships but also gave me purpose to why I didn’t let the darkness consume me as a teenager to even in my twenties.
Dude... This song hits so much harder this way as an adult. As a teenager hearing Papa Roach "Last Resort" was a rage release song. Hearing this rendition brings out the depressing reality of mental health issues and the struggle of life. Looking back at everything I have been through in my life while listening to this song brings tears to my eyes. So many times I wanted to ended it, but just couldn't bring myself to do it. I actually never understood the lyrics of the original as deeply and clearly as I did with this version (mostly because the focus was also more on the catchy rhythm of the guitar). This one hits hard, genuine masterpiece cover. Papa Roach should be proud.
You know, I've had my issues with a small amount of things Ronnie has said, but there is ZERO question that the dude is omega-level talented. Hope he does enough of these that we can get an album of reimagined songs.

to think papa almost didn't include it in the album because of how intense it was , thing is we were so full of anger and rage in our youth we went past those amazing lyrics , we wanted to break shit.. falling in reverse just peeled it right off and show you the true meaning of this masterpiece ...Papa Roach are will always be in my top 10 bands of my teens
I'm obsessed with when he says would it be wrong or right it sounds so good and when he says someone tell me I'm fine or when he says when i lost my mother no love for another it gave me literal goosebumps. Who agrees
Those with sadness and depression and anger knows truly how this song feels :/ it hits our hearts, our body, our mind. It hits our screams that we've been suffering inside when we sing with him. He shows us that we're not fine and sings it for us whether we can or cant with him, he bleeds for us in this song, put on a battle for us. Everywhere is crashing around us like the buildings and we're all at a stand still crying and breaking, nothing can beat this song with him singing and the old papa roach version. Both tells a different story and yet the same. My heart breaks with you but ill remain strong with you too. I thank you for singing such a difficult song and making this video. ❤
Literally every time I hear part 2:30 and up I’m in full blown chills for how well the sounds and the lyrics hit in this version. By far one of the best songs to ever get a remastered from any artist.

As an elder emo who is constantly pissed off at the current state of the world- this rendition captures that feeling of anger, sadness and hopelessness I feel on a daily basis. Well done!
Right?! I feel like Papa Roach’s version was us as angry, traumatized kids/teens, and now we have Ronnie’s cover as broken, hopeless adults. It’s such a beautiful cover!
@@jackwoodhouse5349 Why is sadness, anger and hopelessness only legitimate, if you're involved in ngos? Sure, there's plenty of good ngos that are fighting the current world problems, but everyone can fight their own battles, albeit "only" through elections. He mentioned when he lost his mother.... I lost my physically and emotionally abusive mother at age 20. All I knew was fear, being hit, bruises and black eyes and I had to make my own path after she passed. He captures all of this.
I hope you heal and find peace and love! Wish you the best ❤
this is an amazing cover but just in case you don’t know, the original is by papa roach
WOW! Props to Papa Roach for writing this song. Props to Falling In Reverse for reimagining it into a masterpiece that tore at my soul!
I’m having heart palpitations. This is a song so near and dear to my heart, and to hear Ronnie’s version is absolutely breathtaking.
Hoping the best for you ❤
These revamped and reimagined versions so amazing. They are great examples of just how talented Ronnie is. I would LOVE to see these performed live.

My man’s maturing with his music. 🙌🏽
💯!! Absolutely love this version, I got goosebumps and tears in my eyes the whole time. This is 🔥, literally everything!!! 💪❤️🖤
I mean you replied so you weren't speechless

I get so emotional listening to this version. It’s so beautiful. The raw emotion ripping out through his voice just grabs you! Brilliant.
Song like this are really my saving grace. Knowing I'm not alone in this messed up world we live in. Such a beautiful rendition! 10/10 you killed it!
Right there with you.

thats what this music is for (for some people).
Absolutely...
Damn nail on the head right there
This band never disappoints.
For me it's one of the best bands in the world.
They are all enormously talented. 🙏🏻
I actually never understood the lyrics of the original as deeply and clearly as I did with this version (mostly because the focus was also more on the catchy rhythm of the guitar). This one hits hard, genuine masterpiece cover. Papa Roach should be proud.
This is so good but you must hear “Whispering Wolf” or “The Wave Acoustic” by SLT 🤘🎶
Exactly how I felt. I could feel the pain of this song for the first time.
You know, I've had my issues with a small amount of things Ronnie has said, but there is ZERO question that the dude is omega-level talented. Hope he does enough of these that we can get an album of reimagined songs.
Just though of a Reimagined album or concert. Would be amazing!
Ronnie Radke took this song and made it his own. He is so musically inclined. You can feel this song through his voice. To me that is a true artist.

Never thought I would get chills from this song. You, sir, have taken a great song, flipped it, and not made it better but re-created it almost as if it should've been this way from the beginning. How awesome.

Never thought I'd get to hear something like this. Thank you Ronnie, Thank you Jacoby. Don't ever stop, music needs you guys.

@skylerwood373 you know, at first listen I also thought it was autotune, but then I put on my headphones for a more accurate sound. It's very difficult to discern but I think there are some effects on his voice. It's either that or autotune at some parts

This is a cinematic, orchestral, melodic, lyrical, masterful rendition of a song that defined a generation. I can't think of a better way to pay homage to it!
I'm 36 and grew up listening to Papa Roach version and always had energy and anger but Falling in Reverse had me Crying out of Happy Sadness. Thank you for the Remake.
Facts bro... This gives me goosebumps! So fucking good!
to think papa almost didn't include it in the album because of how intense it was , thing is we were so full of anger and rage in our youth we went past those amazing lyrics , we wanted to break shit.. falling in reverse just peeled it right off and show you the true meaning of this masterpiece ...Papa Roach are will always be in my top 10 bands of my teens
Papa roach version .young angry teenager
Falling in reverse . Adult understanding version
Слушай это все почаще)!
totally. Papa roach's was angry but good..but this version took it to another level... it is sentimental heartbreak, a masterpiece in itself
I'm obsessed with when he says would it be wrong or right it sounds so good and when he says someone tell me I'm fine or when he says when i lost my mother no love for another it gave me literal goosebumps. Who agrees
You never realize how deep and serious the lyrics are until you hear this
I agree
Yap😢
It gives a whole new meaning to the song
"im contemplating suicide" ahh its not that deep... ffs you need an orchestral to feel emotion
For sure ❤
Beautifully put 🥺

Literally every time I hear part 2:30 and up I’m in full blown chills for how well the sounds and the lyrics hit in this version. By far one of the best songs to ever get a remastered from any artist.

As an elder emo who is constantly pissed off at the current state of the world- this rendition captures that feeling of anger, sadness and hopelessness I feel on a daily basis. Well done!

Exactly….Now we flip the script….The Power wants you to crumble and give in….. nope… they went too far and its time to take the wheel…
You say this but what do you actually do to make a difference theres plenty of ngos that are willing to take you on to make a difference
@@jackwoodhouse5349 Why is sadness, anger and hopelessness only legitimate, if you're involved in ngos? Sure, there's plenty of good ngos that are fighting the current world problems, but everyone can fight their own battles, albeit "only" through elections.
