How is what he said eye-opening? None of his commentary addressed either the nature of the conflict or the end goal. He shows no recognition for the fact that the only way to actually defeat Hamas is politically, not militarily. The US discovered 20yrs ago that every dead civilian creates ten extremists. That's why Hamas is an idea that needs a political alternative to divert to, not an institution that can be dissolved by warfare. All in all, very shallow analysis with no view to an end for the conflict, or what the political solution is, just basic hand-waving of the idea that Israel could be doing a genocide if they wanted, which is simply not true as their Western alliances rely on at least the appearance of restraint. The amount of near total destruction of civilian infrastructure in Gaza is due to a massive, blanket bombing campaign, not the targeted on foot combat he describes. Very disappointing to see this level of discourse still praised yet over a year since Oct. 7th.
@@lyah26 Lol ok comment on a 90 minute long video but can't read two paragraphs on a thousand year old conflict. Pretty sure the real problem then is you spend too much time on the internet, not too little.
1:21:22 I was enrolled in a Master’s degree program for counseling. I briefly dated one of my classmates who wanted to specialize in helping veterans. Laudable. She became deeply offended when I expressed some skepticism that talk therapy was the best option for men, much less military men. I suggested to her that stoicism was not a flaw in men and that expressing every emotion that we felt wasn’t always the correct way to handle difficulties. The relationship ended very soon thereafter.
I created and ran a recovery programme following devastating bushfires in Victoria, Australia. The men, particularly the emergency services personnel, did not want to sit and talk! Instead, I'd meet them at their local fire station and we'd lay out huge maps of the area. They would trace their fingers along the roads that became blocked; the areas of their towns that were wiped out. Depending on their interests and expertise, they talked about wind speeds and direction, the angle and direction of land slopes, the degree of vegetation depth and dryness. Eventually the stories came out of loss, fear, feelings of powerlessness, and overwhelm. Even shame at 'failing' to completely protect and save their families and community. I went out into the bush with some of the firemen and we walked the tracks they had raced along, all the while more and more of the effects and events of those days were voiced - mostly for the first time. After quite a few sessions the internal healing started to show as they walked straighter and their faces relaxed. I have so much respect and gratitude for those brave men! ~ Laya 🙏
Once again fellas, over an hours worth of interesting, informative, and entertaining conversation that leaves the M.S.M in it's tracks. Well done and thank you for hosting and posting.
" These are men, Americas best" line from Ballad of the Green Berets, fits Nick Freitas perfectly. What a smart intelligent man who has walked the walk and is worth listening to.
Wow! I am a 76 year old woman who totally agrees with you on everything. When Bush first made his decision to go to war instead of hunting down the bad guys, I knew he made the wrong choice. I have always been conservative and voted against the progressive Democrats, even if I had to hold my nose. You are one man but I hope your voice will be heard far and wide to inspire men everywhere, especially our homeless veterans. God bless you!
Hunting the bad guys ? What bad guys besides the deep state and the rest of the NATO country leaders. Western world need to stop playing the “good guys” and seeing the rest of the world as bad, when in reality they have caused most of the chaos in the world post ww2.
As an American, I am so grateful to Nick for his channel "Grassroots Army". Time after time, over the last few years, when my Liberal friends were saying, "Oh that's not happenning"........all I had to say was, "Watch Grassroots Army". After they watched a few videos of parents confronting school boards, the denial began to melt away
Haven't watched this yet, but you guys really seem to have taken a liking to Nick Freitas. Can't blame ya--the dude is the actual real life gigachad. Father, husband, green beret, farmer, statesman? This man is the very epitome of what it means to be an American *man*. Not the alpha male nonsense, but actual "this is what real manliness is" in terms of being a badass, a family man (cue Guile's Theme) and a public servant. Even if I may disagree with some of his policies, I have the utmost respect for who he is and what he's accomplished. This is the man that every single young man should look up to, rather than some islamic sex trafficking washed up MMA has-been.
You can just see the respect when Konstantin is looking at Nick when he's speaking on these topics. I could've listened to this go on for another couple of hours tbh
Nick - We need to take a decommissioned military base and give it to the VA. An Army base has everything homeless veterans would need. Give them the job of maintaining the facilities and bring in VA medical to the base clinic. It won't be self-sufficient but it would be cost effective.
That is an amazing idea! If this hasn’t been thought of previously, it needs to be thoroughly investigated for its viability. Maybe share this thought directly to Nick?
It’s the cycle no one wants to talk about. It’s like the saying, “The road to hell is paved with good intentions”. No one is interested in what it actually means.
@@katrinbarbey No one wants to talk about it? Seems like everyone keeps repeating that cycle phrase lately--I even heard a left-wing channel saying it the other day.
I love love this MAN. Every child needs a father like this, every school needs at least 10. Honour, humour and common sense. Why he can’t be cloned as an anti woke mind virus to improve our chances of survival as a species beats me. Lovely interview. (Zero days with sarcasm here!!!!)
I've been thinking about these issues relating to masculinity for a while, but never heard someone break down and articulate it so well. Amazing guest!
"The people you are after are the people you depend on. We cook your meals, we haul your trash, we connect your calls, we drive your ambulances, we guard you while you sleep. Do not f*** with us!"
This woman has been speaking out against the feminists for YEARS. I want our men as men. There is nothing toxic about it. The LORD created them that way, and it is perfectly OK to be the men whom the LORD made you to be. This woman appreciates you all. This woman will be the helpmate that the LORD created me to be for my man. We are a team, and the LORD created us both to compliment one another. We each have important roles for the family and our communities. It is time to get back to the LORD's ways because blessings come from it. God Bless.
It was fun watching these two just sit quietly and listen to Nick like a father explaining things to his sons. I wonder if either had a traditionally masculine man in their lives when young, because they were 100% captivated.
Regarding Israel - It's important to remember that Israel eliminated Sadam Hussein nukes in Iraq and Assad's nukes in Syria. Israel is helping the world stability in that manner. During the soviet era, Israel supplied USA with much soviet weapons (including aircraft and radar).
the older generations didn't know what would happen when they provided their kids everything they never had. but they DID know what spoiled kids were like
No worry about that now. Young people are working harder for less than at any time since the 1900s. A loneliness epidemic? Maybe more like w hopelessness one.
Concerning the last topic. Something people have not been talking about is how the Psychology of Mental Health has changed in the last twenty years. The systems that used to work are now gone and have been replaced with medication, group association and clumping, and misdiagnosing individuals with everything from ADHD to Bipolar. And the diagnosis are coming while people are younger and younger. The system is broken. Those coming out of college within the psychology field are not trained well so the problem just keeps getting worse. Wonderful talk. God Bless Nick and all our vets. We are thankful for their service and dedication to the USA.
I think almost all of these problems are real. But they came from the damn debasement of the American diet. Whether it’s through lack of time ( legit ) education ( possibly legit ) regulatory capture ( 100% legit ) a country that’s the bread basket of half the world exists in a food desert. My wife is a function ( wedding ) photographer. She spends 4 months at her mums in Cape cod. The rest of the time here in Scotland with our family. It’s a decent gig as that 4 month stint gives her a full time job yearly salary. But the difference she says she feels over ether eating the American food is vast. She always gains weight & her hair is noticeably duller. RFK has a mountain to climb but just maybe.. 🤞🏻
@@tituscrow4951 Interesting, and on some level I agree that diet plays a big part, but the issues go deeper then that. Cannot wait to see what RFK will do. He does have a lot to look into. The education system carries a lot of responsibility in this since the Mental Health system has declined dramatically in the last few years. And I admit I may be biased on this because I was a Psych major in college in 1990. Since CoVid, in office visits are a thing of the past and most therapists do sessions over the internet. Facilities have closed their doors due to medical cutbacks, and the DSM now has so many damn diagnosis that all you need do is put a bunch on a board and toss a dart to pick one. Then you subscribe the proper med and watch the situation deteriorate. It's a mess. And info vids online make any layman think they know what a personality type is. They do their own assessments and make relationship changes based on assumptions without facts. Then bitch when their life is all screwed up. It is a lot. :) And we should be talking about it.
I live in an area of the United States with a lot of farming and traditionally-minded people and I can tell you that men are still viewed as leaders and masculinity is alive and well. We hear a lot about big city liberal values because their proponents tend to be the loudest. Those types of far left views do not represent the majority of Americans. Having a family and being a man of honor is still extremely important.
Listen, don’t get caught up in the left / right crap. There’s only the top & the rest of us. & they keep everyone distracted while they get rich. We get sick & on it goes.
38:10 this is exactly why I did my best to keep my younger sons out of US service. Every male in my family including my older sons has served but I would be damned if my younger sons go to fight for a country (it isn’t just the politicians but their voters too) that send out sons to war so enthusiastically when politically expedient, then pretend they didn’t really mean it or they were “tricked” into voting to send our sons to die when the winds change. Eff that and this country, until Americans get their act together, no damn way.
Hey, this has been a fantastic conversation to listen to. I really like Nick F's views on events in the world! Guys I enjoy the respectful manner in which you conduct your interviews. Keep up with your honest conversations. You do a great service. ❤❤😊😊
Europe is like my friend David, always talked smack to everyone. Because he knew that I would be there to pull his ass out of the fire and whoop whoever he'd been sh*t talking. Then at a party junior year I was tied of fighting his fights. So he got wrecked by this guy who's old lady he'd tried to get with. The Europeans don't understand that thier big old friend America. Is getting mighty tired of the constant disrespect and fighting their fights.
Exactly, we in the west have become so successful, so victorious, so prosperous we’ve run out of people to beat. Now we fight the only foe worthy, ourselves 😕
Boys need to hear a man talk about how to become a good man now more than ever. I know that all through history without good men , … The women were always wishing for good men. Now women have forgotten how important they always were.
26:37 100% Home school your kids. Stop allowing people to teach your children ridiculous garbage. Fun fact, the vast majority of home schooled kids succeed quicker and easier than public school kids. Nicks point is also huge, if your kid doesnt see you as an educator, why would they ever listen to you.
I'm just a civilian with a penchant for military history, so take what I say how you will, but one of the biggest frustrations I've ever experienced related to learning was hearing so many different instances and methods where political bureaucracy determined military strategy more than the military itself, and the costs associated with that, because 99.99% of the time it costs lives and money for PR, and that is never a good trade in my opinion.
His Dad was REAL LAPD, when they were looked upon, respected etc as the Finest Police Department in the world, with no argument. Sadly the LAPD of today may still wear Blue uniforms, but their logic is Very pink....
I relate massively to the segment at 20:33, I had a very troubled relationship with my parents that evolved into delinquent behaviour in my teen years, and this was largely due to authority for authority's sake with zero attempt to explain morality and do this "intellectual sparring", my father did it, my mother did it, my teachers did it, and when I hit puberty I became perceptive enough as a teen boy to notice that these people often do not adhere to their own rules, and their behaviour warranted no respect from me.
I'm gonna put this out there. toxic masculinity is a direct result of toxic femininity. what do I mean? the role of the mother is often overlooked. i personality believe that we all have a male and female side.. the male gives and the female receives. this is like breathing. we all breathe in and we all breathe out. as children we are all dependant on what we receive. our needs are always met from "the outside", someone is always responsible for meeting our needs. I'm hungry mama, I'm cold papa etc. The adult knows that they are the source. One of the biggest issues in modern society is we are kept in a state of immaturity, all our needs to be met from "the outside", basically, life long consumers. this includes our emotional needs. You make me happy, or angry or whatever, is nonsense. this is child mind. "growing up" requires growing inside. How often do we make our parents/partners/government/God responsible for how we feel?
Little know fact. LAPD and LASD recruited from the Freedom Birds coming home from Vietnam. My town recruited from JC academies where Draft Dodgers went to get their deferment. I was part of a Art32 investigation when 3 Marines were beaten while police custody. Generals ordered us to stop.
Finally! Thank you! As a mom of 2 sons. As a counselor I am sick & tired of the BS being perpetrated to our men through the family courts systems that I witness today. Men are being railroaded by a system that is failing families, especially children, where women are given the power to denigrate and shame good men in society, to the detriment of all. I completely agree with this guy. I love honor and respect those men who are standing up for change. Perhaps we should follow in the steps of Israel and conscript young men & women to defend our Western values, of country, family & the blessings God has granted us? I am sick of the victim hood and those who perpetrate it for their cause. If we don’t wake up soon, others will destroy our nations & the foundation that our fathers fought so hard for!
What a great chat, this guy has some great things to say and to take away for all men, I agreed with so much of what he has to say and he is bang on the money with the topics discussed, once again great chat guys
It’s sucks being a young man right now, but to the build the world we want for our families future, we will have to work harder than the people before us. Unfortunately, we have to be the strong men we read about in history. Life is not fair, but this is the hand we have been dealt.
We knew this was coming, and our enemies soften most of our men already, gonna be a uphill couple years, but we game. About the Vets though, that's dark

~ Laya 🙏
@@emeraldheart415 Incredible. Great work!

FINALLY. I’ve been waiting for this one. Nick is awesome.
Once again fellas, over an hours worth of interesting, informative, and entertaining conversation that leaves the M.S.M in it's tracks. Well done and thank you for hosting and posting.
What a great episode. Thanks for having Nick on!
Well said.
Very well said
agreed!
You can just see the respect when Konstantin is looking at Nick when he's speaking on these topics. I could've listened to this go on for another couple of hours tbh
Excellent conversation.
Please STOP demonizing our men…this assault on men’s character is unacceptable BS! I love my strong men for being strong!
I totally agree. I love strong and capable men!
Meanwhile in Australia, in Victoria they got Secretary for Men's Behaviour Change. Straight-up 1984...
@@marcustulliuscicero2676Yep, the Victorian government has been completely captured by feminist ideologues.
Weak men are easily lead. Strong men are not. Globalists want weak men.
@@marcustulliuscicero2676Australia is so disappointing to Americans who saw aussies as crocodile dundee badasses.
Great discussion. Nick is a great guy and this he has nailed it! Much respect from a British Veteran!
Thank you for your service. Love from Wiltshire xxxx
Thank you for your service from the US. Anyone who will put themselves in harms way for their fellow man has my respect.
I love Nick and Triggernometry. The perfect combo!
You guys produce an exceptional product week in and week out. Thank you so much.
Amazing idea.
I've been listening to Nick for a while now, the guy is truly awesome and I was really looking forward to seeing him on the podcast
“Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times.”
It’s the cycle no one wants to talk about. It’s like the saying, “The road to hell is paved with good intentions”. No one is interested in what it actually means.
Tim? Is that you Tim Pool?
We are about to leave the 4th cycle on January 20th, 2025.
@@katrinbarbey No one wants to talk about it? Seems like everyone keeps repeating that cycle phrase lately--I even heard a left-wing channel saying it the other day.
@@zombieapocalypse3837 This doesnt change by changing a government, it takes TIME.But its a start.
I love love this MAN. Every child needs a father like this, every school needs at least 10. Honour, humour and common sense. Why he can’t be cloned as an anti woke mind virus to improve our chances of survival as a species beats me. Lovely interview. (Zero days with sarcasm here!!!!)
I've been looking forward to this episode since I first saw it and it didn't disappoint. Top notch, much love for Nick Freitas.
Brilliant interview filled with insightful, real-world informed discussion.
I've been thinking about these issues relating to masculinity for a while, but never heard someone break down and articulate it so well. Amazing guest!
Excellent chat. Never heard of Nick before and after this he’s already high up my dudes worth listening to list.
Brilliant conversation with a wise and intelligent man. Love hearing Nick's perspective.
"The people you are after are the people you depend on.
We cook your meals, we haul your trash, we connect your calls, we drive your ambulances, we guard you while you sleep.
Do not f*** with us!"
Fight Club. a F*** good movie 🤘
Such a sensible man. Great sense of humour too.
Really enjoy what Nick has to say. It's great that you guys had him on the show.
God Bless.
The Lord, lol
@@urofseronhave some respect please. Some of us do believe this. We are not ranting against your kind, are we?

It was fun watching these two just sit quietly and listen to Nick like a father explaining things to his sons. I wonder if either had a traditionally masculine man in their lives when young, because they were 100% captivated.
Regarding Israel -
It's important to remember that Israel eliminated Sadam Hussein nukes in Iraq and Assad's nukes in Syria.
Israel is helping the world stability in that manner.
During the soviet era, Israel supplied USA with much soviet weapons (including aircraft and radar).
One day when I become a father I'm hoping to take Nick's lessons to heart and raise my kids right.
This guy is fantastic; he is balanced, sensible and well-informed.
the older generations didn't know what would happen when they provided their kids everything they never had. but they DID know what spoiled kids were like
"....and didn't pass on what they did have". Great observation.
No worry about that now. Young people are working harder for less than at any time since the 1900s. A loneliness epidemic? Maybe more like w hopelessness one.
20 minutes in and i love this already. My only wish was for more people to have this common sense way of thinking. Great show gents.
Proud to have Nick serving in the house of delegates for my state. He's the man.
Great conversation. Nick is very honest and intelligent person
Yay! Thanks, Nick is such a great influence on my 17 yr old son!❤
Possibly the best show yet. Love Nick's perspective, solid, straight and legit.
Great interview, thanks guys 🙂 Keep up the excellent work.
Freitas is one of the best! Great cast.
Huge respect for Nick Freitas' truth telling for Gaza war and Ukraine war.
As a Virginian, I can’t wait to vote for this man for the Senate.
There is nothing wrong with being a white straight Christian man…I married one and made two!
Go you xxx you're part of the solution
I've waited a long time for this talk. 👍
The majority of America's population is in cities, so I'm not sure the majority of Americans agree with you. I hope so though.
Listen, don’t get caught up in the left / right crap. There’s only the top & the rest of us. & they keep everyone distracted while they get rich. We get sick & on it goes.
Finally!!! Been waiting for this one to drop forever
Me too! I feel like the preview was like 3 weeks ago, and I've just been waiting for it ever since.
What a phenomenal show guys. I’m built like Nick as a 24 year military veteran myself …it’s a small and dwindling club…
It's great you had a conversation with Nick. One of the best so far. Keep up the good work.
I love how Francis and Konstantin look like they are in School and need to interrupt or ask Nick for clarity lol.
Nick's take on Israel is exemplary. Well done.
Very good, nick! great episode today, finally about Men!
I love your ad about substack! You guys are truly funny, and i appreciate you both! Thank you for what you do!

Hey, this has been a fantastic conversation to listen to. I really like Nick F's views on events in the world! Guys I enjoy the respectful manner in which you conduct your interviews. Keep up with your honest conversations. You do a great service. ❤❤😊😊
51:00-56:15 Best part. Giving Trump the credit that he doesn’t usually get and pointing out how the USA is taken for granted in Europe.
Now we fight the only foe worthy, ourselves 😕
substack ad was hilarious
Great pick, Nick is fantastic!
I like this man and the views he espouses.
Boys need to hear a man talk about how to become a good man now more than ever. I know that all through history without good men , … The women were always wishing for good men. Now women have forgotten how important they always were.
So maybe Jack Nicholson's character in "A Few Good Men" was right about that "You need me on that wall, you want me on that wall..." speech.
He was 100% correct. That era of movies and television started this nonsense.
Over the years, I have come to agree more and more with Col. Jessup
What a great guest.
Much respect Nick
Great interview
Great conversation!
Nick Freitas is the articulate wild animal this country needs.
#nationaltreasure
Nick needs to be on trumps team
Agreed 👍🏾
What a great 👍 interview …. Thanks guys and thanks Nick for being a real Man.
My son has been my greatest gift 🙏👨🎓🐕🦺🐱
I subscribe to Nick’s channel and have listened to him quite a bit, but this was by far the best discussion that I’ve heard with him - outstanding!
1:11:33 absolutely with Nick on this
It would be great if kids had the chance to spend time in the forces and meet people like nick. Young men are lacking positive role models.
Nick Freitas is a treasure
A brilliant speaker. A man.
I’ve been waiting for this one!
