    Awesome 👏 Thanks 🙏🏻 for sharing... I'm recovering from a cancer tumor on my spine and have been home/hospital bound for four years... cancer free and getting ready to venture out into the world 🌎 starting from southern Commifornia and working my way up the coast... I have a brother in Oregon and a sister in Washington... visiting everywhere along the way... Enjoy 😊 your videos... have fun you two and may God Bless your journeys... 🙏🏻. P.S. you're not old... lol 😂 it's a state-of-mind... I'm 58, feel 25 in my mind

    • @adventuresofjandk
      @adventuresofjandk  5 лет назад +1

      Venne's Vlogs the redwoods are awesome. We just got back from an 11 day road trip down to Moab Utah. Working on those videos now but there is a lot to edit. You will learn a ton on a trip like the one you are taking. Trust me there will be some stress but also a lot of great memories made. Hope you have a great time.

      JK’s Outdoor Journal nice only ever been to Moab on a day trip would love to go back someday. Thanks for subbed to our channel though I film and edit on my iPhone5 so it’s mostly terrible.
      Can’t wait to see your Moab videos. Enjoying all your videos.

    • @adventuresofjandk
      @adventuresofjandk  5 лет назад +1

      Venne's Vlogs it’s all good. I film mostly with a go pro hero 7 black. I have a dale I use sometimes too but it takes a lot of work and gets heavy. You can do a lot with just a phone if you stabilize it with a gimbal. Used just a phone for filming for a couple of years and had some great results.

    Sunset Bay and Bullard's Beach (near Bandon) are two of our favorites. We spent 4 days hiking around Sunset Bay, simply awesome! There's a great microbrew in Bandon too. If you like hiking where the forest and ocean meet, make sure you visit Cape Lookout State Park on the northern coast near Tillamook. Good video, thanks.

    Do Or. state parks care if you back over the curb to get a little extra room or do you have to stay on the pavement?
    Sitting at home here in W. Wa. watching it rain and binging on your camping vids. It's the next best thing to being there!

    • @adventuresofjandk
      @adventuresofjandk  Год назад +2

      Hey Scott. They don’t care if the trailer overhangs but they wouldn’t want anyone hopping it. We know what you mean about the rain. Gets old quick.

    • @adventuresofjandk
      @adventuresofjandk  3 года назад +1

      Thank you Todd. It’s the 3.5 eco boost. Definitely wasn’t a truck issue. I was running that hill way faster than I should have been. Lesson learned. Fortunately it was just a quick over heat. Never had another issue.

    I would say it was probably in the mid 50’s to mid 60’s. I don’t recall exactly but pretty common for Oregon.

      Robert Bierwirth Hi Robert. Of course everything is closed right now due to Covid but normally the Coastal towns stay super busy all year long with tourists. You will always find some unwelcoming people but they are far and few between.
