George Sheldon you need 1080Ti for 1440p Ultra settings. Just to find out there’s barely any difference in visuals between high and ultra. Just set everything to high details and enjoy this beautiful game with 60+fps.
Try to put everything on ultra setting or try a different game. I know this post is 8 months old so you probably found a solution. Can you tell me why was that happening to you if you already know, I'm just interested to know in the future.

I have the same PC that you have but my CPU and GPU run around 20% constant and I average 50 fps. I dont know why this is happening, please help
