I'd rather play as Jack and see if he makes it or not. I don't like the idea of playing as Dutch, given that he turns evil instead of good. It's the opposite of what both games have done with Arthur and John.
Renegade Shep loves his M-6 Carnifex Hand Cannon playing as jack would take it into WW1 era both red dead redemption games were based at the end of the cowboy Wild West era I feel if they make another it would have to be another prequel going further back into maybe the prime of Dutch or maybe the formation of the gang rdr2 heavily references characters that have died and events prior to the story so I’d have to guess they’re setting up lore for another prequel
That was the first thing came in my mind but it think it would be very repetitive. In RDR 1 John died and you play as Jack. In RDR 2 Arthur died and you play as John. And in the third part it would be too much at least in my opinion. But of course i would love to see the golden times of the Van der Linde Gang.

Video games just don't do what this game did. The storytelling in RDR2 is unmatched in terms of narrative, characterization, and emotional impact for video games. I used to hold RDR1 in that place but RDR2 even beat that. What an incredible game. "You're my brother." "I know. I know."
Oh why can't i say the same for god of war and last of us. Everyone says they are some of the most emotional narratives in videogames but they just don't surpass Arthur's story for me. I guess i will never know.

ever since morgan fell in saint denis i've been counting down and so has arthur and he knew the right moment. when it was all falling apart he was the light that john, tilly and most importantly himself. he thought on his past self and did right helped every stranger that needed saving, feeding, killing just like dutch used to say. arthur turned into something he thought he could not anymore a good man.
This ending had me thinking and being sad for several days. I felt so empty and just wanted Arthur back. Took me 3 days to even consider to play the epilog as John.
Rdr2 story is the best story ever made the music, the ending, everything about it is just great I feel story mode are the most impactful parts of games and this definetely was I would enjoy a rdr3 while its probably not going to happen it would be great I prefer Western Themed games over modern games like GTA V I'll miss you Arthur

To be honest when I was about half way into the game and had no idea Arthur was gonna die I thought it would have been really cool if the end of the game fast forwards to 1915 with older Jack and Arthur meets up with him cause he discovered John was killed and Abigail recently passed on as well and wanted to pay respects to him, it didn't go that way but I feel that would have been nice considering Jack looked up to Arthur like an Uncle

Out of all games I played and I played alot this is the game that made me cry at the end. When you put hours and days of gameplay you can't seem not to cry at the end awesome game story. Arthur said "Revenge is a fool's game" this is so true in life. RIP Arthur RIP.

I didn’t expect a game to hit me this hard but the story of Arthur Morgan can make anyone cry. Someone doing everything to become a good person and then dying anyways. This game broke me. Arthur’s story is a story everyone can relate to and in the end he became a good man which is all he ever wanted. Red Dead Redemption 2 is a fucking masterpiece and it’s one of the best games I’ve ever played.

Great editing.... song fits perfectly...... have to admit, I teared up when this song started to play in game..... absolute masterpiece of a game and didn't think they'd be able to surpass RDR1 and a character as great as John. They did and Arthur is probably the greatest video game character ever created.
I was so emotional after Arthur's death...I kinda hated playing as John. And first thing I did was buy the same horse Arthur rode for John and named that horse Arthur. In his honor.
One of the best moments of the epilogue, was when John is helping to recover the stolen cattle for the ranch he's working on. He gets into cover, puts on Arthur's hat, and comes out guns blazing.
I've probably cried at every video of Arthur and his last ride. This game is too much for my emotions! I love this game and yet I remain bitter about the end. It's so hard to grasp. I just want to watch Arthur ride his horse and find a little happiness in his hard and weary life. No man should have to suffer so many burdens. He was strong, in so many ways.
The death of Marston, really shock me, and felt alone and empty during weeks, but after this, when the diagnose of the doctor, i could play, and see how Morgan starts to loose weight impacts me very hard
Arthur morgan you are the best !! A great man with a big heart better than any God of war, Red Dead is great for you Arthur Morgan! you never gave up and you wanted to do things right until the end and you managed to get the best character in a video game we will never forget you

I kind of think I should not make another one when you make something this is terrific it makes people heart break you done everything perfect some things are meant to be left alone after you've done it this well .. love you and miss you a lot Arthur.
The opening to Thats The Way It Is goes really well with John and Arthur’s final goodbye. You keep impressing me more and more with these videos. The music’s timing, the selection of scenes for the tributes, and basically everything!

Even though I can start a new game and play as Arthur again....I don't want to and it wouldn't feel right. It really feels like he really is gone. Rockstar did a damn good job on making me feel like that.

Out of all games I played and I played alot this is the game that made me cry at the end. When you put hours and days of gameplay you can't seem not to cry at the end awesome game story. Arthur said "Revenge is a fool's game" this is so true in life. RIP Arthur RIP.
Believe it or not this game helped me cope with my anxiety I was always scared or death what would happen but this game Tough one thing it’s that you can die at anytime and you should make the best out of it and not worry about the small stuff thank you Arthur rip my cowboy friend

I didn’t expect a game to hit me this hard but the story of Arthur Morgan can make anyone cry. Someone doing everything to become a good person and then dying anyways. This game broke me. Arthur’s story is a story everyone can relate to and in the end he became a good man which is all he ever wanted. Red Dead Redemption 2 is a fucking masterpiece and it’s one of the best games I’ve ever played.

Damn. Great editing.... song fits perfectly...... have to admit, I teared up when this song started to play in game..... absolute masterpiece of a game and didn't think they'd be able to surpass RDR1 and a character as great as John. They did and Arthur is probably the greatest video game character ever created.

I was so emotional after Arthur's death...I kinda hated playing as John. And first thing I did was buy the same horse Arthur rode for John and named that horse Arthur. In his honor.
One of the best moments of the epilogue, was when John is helping to recover the stolen cattle for the ranch he's working on. He gets into cover, puts on Arthur's hat, and comes out guns blazing.
This gets me every time I watch it, great tribute to an amazing character.
I've probably cried at every video of Arthur and his last ride. This game is too much for my emotions! I love this game and yet I remain bitter about the end. It's so hard to grasp.
I just want to watch Arthur ride his horse and find a little happiness in his hard and weary life. No man should have to suffer so many burdens. He was strong, in so many ways.
The death of Marston, really shock me, and felt alone and empty during weeks, but after this, when the diagnose of the doctor, i could play, and see how Morgan starts to loose weight impacts me very hard

it hurts so bad when Arthur dies . I did not think I'd like Arthur cuz I'm Red Dead Redemption John with my favorite not now. I kind of think I should not make another one when you make something this is terrific it makes people heart break you done everything perfect some things are meant to be left alone after you've done it this well .. love you and miss you a lot Arthur.
The opening to Thats The Way It Is goes really well with John and Arthur’s final goodbye. You keep impressing me more and more with these videos. The music’s timing, the selection of scenes for the tributes, and basically everything!

Even though I can start a new game and play as Arthur again....I don't want to and it wouldn't feel right. It really feels like he really is gone. Rockstar did a damn good job on making me feel like that.
