I'm excited to bring you a New project - Residential estate for rent
Another property for rent - this time it is a housing estate for rent - a complex of houses.
There are 6 single-family houses for rent in the intimate housing estate. They all have a similar shape, but each of them is decorated differently. They also differ in size. Both couples and families will find their place there. Each house has its own garden with a swimming pool. The interiors are decorated with my paintings - NoCC. I wish you lots of fun.

That is spectacular! But if there are no CCs how are the cars around?
Thank you very much, it's nice to read this. The cars are DEBUG - items hidden in the game that can be unlocked by entering the code bb.showhiddenobjects - there is more information about this in my description under the video. I don't use CC at all, but I use these DEBUG objects to decorate my houses. They are created by the game. Don't worry, you can use them :) ❤
It's too bad that TS4 For Rent doesn't work..
Don't forget that before placing this building, you simply need to change the plot type to "residential rental". And then everything works ;)
