To add on that there is nothing called freelance visa in the categories of visa qatar provides .
But there are some Qataris , indians etc who apply for a visa for you and you pay him but when you take care of your self in everything he / will always come in were is needed to sign for u . And the all but just know many companies when they employ you they immediately want u to change to Their visas if u don't want you will die doing petty jobs .
