The dodges are wrong, he has infinite dodges, but limited stamina, Stamina drains at a rate of 1 per second, and 10 per hit, you can wait him out, which will make him easier, but makes him take longer, he only has a max of 300 stamina, and hitting him increases a difficulty meter, making moves appear faster.
Ah. Thanks for telling me. If your fighting him at a steady pace. It mostly adds up to 20-25 dodges (at least for me)

I don't want to be mean but that's kind of a skill thing... If you want to have an easier time get the rat item behind the bush at the start of the corridor and you could also wait him out since his stamina drains passively, as temchip said in the comment section.
You only need to beat him once, there's a phase 1 skip (the save file).

3dbb does not in fact have 23 dodges
you can hit him 1 time and still win
he doesn't have 23 dodges but has about 300 stamina, i tested it, you can skip his fight though by interacting with the save star
@@yeetneet5334 that's only if you beat his first phase and after that die or disconnect during the bonewalker section
though on the first days it was kinda glitched and you didnt have to beat the 1st phase , its fixed now tho
